  Just moved in here. But the place is sooo clean! They are very attentive. And definitely better management than my last place of 10 years. And only complaint is the strictness off the patio. But I totally get why. So no real complaints at this time.

  I am in my tenth year here at Las Colinas at Black Canyon and I have had nothing but good experiences here. They maintain the property, maintenance is always on point if a repair is needed. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

  I have lived here for about 5 years now and absolutely love it. It's quiet and peaceful. The office and maintanence staff are always super friendly and always quick to fix an issue as rarely as one might come up. Great place to call home!

  I have been living here since February and I have nothing but great things to say about this property and its staff. From the first day of touring Deanna was a great help showing me all over and answering all of my questions. Jodi and Michelle in the office also get back within timely manners to emails and are super knowledgable. The maintenance staff is fantastic too, they are on top of taking care of residents and I haven't had to wait more then 2 days for fixes to stuff unless parts were backordered. Everyone here is great! The community itself is very quite, well maintained, clean, and there is lots to do. The only down side is the desert moths...they are just habitants of the area and the community does spray for them but they are pests if you don't like bugs and tend to use your patios a lot. You just have to get bug zappers or spray and you're all good. The pool and spa area are beautiful and super relaxing, one of my favorite places on property to enjoy. I love that there is also a playground on property for family and friends that visit with little ones, it gives them lots of room to run around. Overall this community is perfect for someone looking for more traditional living without the prices of affording your own home. This might not be the newest complex but it is the best in the area! 11 out of 10 rating :)

  I’ve enjoyed living at Las Colinas at Black Canyon. This is a beautiful place to live, the views are incredible. It’s a very quiet, peaceful place to live. Everyone who lives here, very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are really nice. The complex is very clean. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. They have great customer service. Management is very helpful with any issues you have. I highly recommend living here. You will be happy you moved here.
