  Hello I’ve been living at Las Colinas about one month now and I’m very pleased with the office staff Michelle,Jody,Chris & Mia they’re all so helpful & kind.. This place is so peaceful and my neighbors are thoughtful also.. Maintenance keep every thing running clean and orderly.. I’m so thankful I chose Las Colinas to call home… Thank you Brenda

  I love to have a conversation with the owner. I was sent over the "certieria" for living at Las Colinas at Black Canyon. In the "certieria" it specifically said if you have piercings or tattoos that a non religious you can not live there. A.k.a. Dress code to live there is against FAIR HOUSING LAWS.II. PERSONAL APPEARANCE – We do not permit occupancy if individuals have body modifications such as branding, scarification, extensive and visible piercing, skin stretching, subcutaneous implantations (other than corrective plastic surgery) involving the head, face, neck, ears, hands. Bona fide tattoo depictions referencing organized religious faiths are accepted. We do not permit low-rider pants; exposed buttocks; uncovered underwear; or unkempt, untidy or unclean appearance. IX. ANIMALS – Dogs and puppies are approved by breed, not weight. A list of unacceptable dog breeds/mix and criteria for cat acceptance are found in our Animal Agreement, which is required for all pets and Emotional Support Animals, but is not required for Service Animals. Please request a copy for your review. Dogs and cats require a deposit and a monthly animal rent. Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from deposits and monthly pet rent. I really wanted to live there because the apartments are exactly what we were looking for, then I got sent this, and when I called questioning because maybe I wasn't understanding the lady named Mia acted like I was wasting her time and dumb. It feels pretty discriminating to me.

  I give. 3 star as the property and amenities are great. The office staff and the tow company they are contracted with are money hungry. It literally states in the lease that you can back into your parking spot if pulling forward impress the ability to get out of your vehicle. Office states oh well we have nothing to do with that they are just contracted. Call tow company and they claim no sticker. If there isn’t a sticker then why am I calling. I have a disabled daughter who needs help. If I can’t get out how can I help her
