  From the moment Kevin walked through the door, we knew we had made the right decision in choosing him to be our realtor. As we walked through our Ahwatukee house, Kevin offered suggestions and tips on how to make our house more appealing to buyers. Trust him 👍Then we stepped outside the backyard, Kevin said this is what's going to sell your house...the big yard,the pool, the hot tub,the view of the golf course. Perfect for entertaining ☺️ He sent his photographer over who took some incredible photos that made our house look spectacular. The next day it was officially listed and it SOLD that very day to the first couple who looked at it. Kevin was also instrumental in helping us find our house in Sun Lakes. The first day we went out looking, I found our dream house. It had been on the market for 6 or more months. I asked Kevin what was wrong with it that it wasn't selling. He said it was over priced and to wait to make an offer. That made us nervous but like I said trust Kevin, he knows his stuff. At the right time, we finally submitted an offer and Kevin went to bat for us and we got our perfect house!! He was with us every step of the way. Trust Kevin to be your realtor!! He really is the best 😁

He's always available in person, via phone call, or text. He is very attentive to his client's needs. He helped us buy and sell two homes both times in a very tough and competitive market.
