  The owners do not care one bit about the people living in this community (Mountain Creek). Instead, they allow management to harass, insult, and discriminate against people. If you raise a concern and point out their illegal actions, they target you. They take people to court over literally anything. And when the judge won't allow them to evict someone, then they just refuse to renew your lease. So, I would never recommend putting a house in this park unless you want it to be literally stolen from you. They have cut services, like landscaping, while continuously increasing the rent every few months. The bridge at the second entrance was washed out years ago and has not been repaired. And they send people around the neighborhood to take pictures, to build a case against you, instead of just allowing people to live in peace. They create problems where they didn't previously exist. Who wants to live like that? This used to be a wonderful community but the current owners and management have ruined it.

  BUYER BEWARE - Was looking into buying a manufactured home in one of their communities and was forced into paying $1,000 before I could see if I could be approved for a loan and before I could apply to be approved to live in the community. It was hard to get a hold of park office management by phone or in person, so that made me reconsider what living there would be like. Communication was very poor. They did not tell me that the money I paid was actually earnest money that was not refundable if I did not end up wanting to buy a place in their park. So I lost that money and they kept it. Was not a good experience.

  Hidden Valley is a great community. It's quiet,safe and the office managers are wonderful 🫶

  Very helpful, nothing like the previous owners that were less then helpful actively pushing people from here. They are kind and considerate of all people and helpful with the applications and processes
