  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Matt for the excellent job he did while touring with me last week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.   Price is decent location is good… weekends get hectic (Bars) but all in all you sign up for it beforehand. Nice Quite Neighbors, pretty safe for an apartment complex w/o a gate. Which I wish they had just for extra measure. Inside the apartment are clean and the maintenance Guy -Ray- coolest man ever and always on top of his stuff. Good staff. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking. They recently implemented new rules for the parking but they need to enforce it outsiders (non- residents) take up the spots on weekends most of the time we’ll at least the good ones (close to your apartment not in BFE) . Again all in all trust me you’ll like it.
