  Kristen is amazing!! She’s always very helpful when we need anything and before we even got to live here she was very helpful with the process and she helped us through every step, her energy brings joy to me every time i see her!

  Stay far away from this establishment. Any specials or deals that are running are not worth the headache. Save yourself the strife and apply elsewhere. Only positive is that the grounds are always clean and the laundry room is also alway clean. But trust, you will be a number on a spreadsheet here and not valued.

  Price is decent location is good… weekends get hectic (Bars) but all in all you sign up for it beforehand. Nice Quite Neighbors, pretty safe for an apartment complex w/o a gate. Which I wish they had just for extra measure. Inside the apartment are clean and the maintenance Guy -Ray- coolest man ever and always on top of his stuff. Good staff. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking. They recently implemented new rules for the parking but they need to enforce it outsiders (non- residents) take up the spots on weekends most of the time we’ll at least the good ones (close to your apartment not in BFE) . Again all in all trust me you’ll like it.
