  Kristen is amazing!! She’s always very helpful when we need anything and before we even got to live here she was very helpful with the process and she helped us through every step, her energy brings joy to me every time i see her!

  I’ve lived here since 2019 and Leland has been the best property manager I’ve had. He’s super responsive and has an eye for detail. Ray does an amazing job with maintenance. He’s great at communicating and very prompt. I’ve met some great neighbors here who have become lifelong friends. Utilities included is an amazing plus! You can’t beat the location. I don’t plan on leaving until I can purchase a home. **UPDATE 2026** After over 7 years at this property I am purchasing a house and will be moving out. I am extremely grateful for the attentiveness I have received from the staff over the years, especially by Kristen and Matt over the most recent months. This was more than an apartment to me, it was my happy home.

  Price is decent location is good… weekends get hectic (Bars) but all in all you sign up for it beforehand. Nice Quite Neighbors, pretty safe for an apartment complex w/o a gate. Which I wish they had just for extra measure. Inside the apartment are clean and the maintenance Guy -Ray- coolest man ever and always on top of his stuff. Good staff. The only negative thing I have to say is the parking. They recently implemented new rules for the parking but they need to enforce it outsiders (non- residents) take up the spots on weekends most of the time we’ll at least the good ones (close to your apartment not in BFE) . Again all in all trust me you’ll like it.
