  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this apartment complex. My father called the leasing office and was answered by the property manager, Shyla Ivey. He introduced himself in Spanish, and instead of trying to assist him or finding someone who could help, she responded in a raised and rude tone, saying, “I do not speak Spanish,” and then hung up on him. No one expects every employee to speak Spanish, but every resident and caller deserves to be treated with respect. Hanging up on someone because they speak a different language is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from a property manager. I hope CAM Properties investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure all residents and prospective residents are treated with professionalism and respect.

  This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in the neighbors are very loud and the kids are unattended and they vandalized my vehicle there is no security cameras on the property the laundry room is very dirty. It took maintenance over 2 months to fix work orders and this place is roach infested. They have drug dealers outside and homeless people. The cops are always being called here from violence do not move here
