I contacted Jasmine, in Phoenix AZ, to do the necessary paperwork and I guess it was transferred to Alene in Nevada, without any notification or reason. I purposely wanted to work with Jasmine in Arizona, since she was referred to me, and my transactions for the Exchange is in AZ. I canceled my Exchange with IPX1031 because they did the same thing. The first person I was working with left the company, and I don't know why. Then two other people started contacting me and I really had know idea who I was working with or even notified ahead of time that someone else was taking over my Exchange. Not very professional when dealing with the importance of a 1031 Exchange.
