  The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are always active and will always respond quick. They make everything so much easier for me as a resident here! I couldn’t be more happy!

  I’ve actually never left a bad review before but here we are.. DO NOT move here if you (or your pet!) are at all sensitive to sound. The building quality is soo bad - you can hear EVERY step (stomp) your upstairs neighbors take, their squeaky bed, when they shower and use the restroom, when they bang drawers closed. I understand living in apartments comes with noise, but I’ve lived in many apartments and I’ve never experienced anything close to this disruptive. We haven’t had good sleep in months, our dog is constantly shaking and hiding in the closet due to the constant stomping, frames on the walls and items up against the counters rattle, I mean it’s truly miserable I will sleep in the guest room to try to escape the noise (it doesn’t work lol) I crank the white noise every night We booked a hotel a couple weeks ago and took our dog literally just to get sleep for a night lol if that explains the desperation Unfortunately when you ask management for help with a solution, there isn’t one. They won’t allow unit transfers, they don’t consider discounting fees for lease termination. They just describe the constant stomping (among other extremely disturbing sounds) as “normal.” I can promise you it’s NOT normal.. I am constantly on edge and irritated just being at home :/ it really sucks Was really excited to live here because the amenities are nice, the apartments APPEAR nice, the people here are great. Unfortunately the experience has been ruined for us and Elysium would rather it remain that way

  While the amenities are great, the biggest issue with this property is the amount of noise that transfers between units. Normal, everyday sounds—especially footsteps from the apartment above—come through extremely loudly. Even minor movements, such as furniture or items being moved or set down, can be surprisingly disruptive. I understand that apartment living comes with some normal noise, but the level of sound transmission here has significantly affected my sleep and overall quality of life. I brought this to management and asked for some empathy and reasonable options, including a unit transfer or a discounted lease termination. Unfortunately, there has been little willingness to meaningfully discuss either option. I am not asking for silence or for other residents to stop living normally. I am asking for reasonable consideration of a problem that appears to be related to the building's sound insulation. Prospective residents should be aware that noise transmission is a serious concern at this property.

  I would not recommend anyone to move in this poorly made apartment building unless you want to hear your neighbor stomping above your head 2345 in the morning like they're on drugs. The beams in the ceiling are showing through the ceiling already the walls are cracking and when you bring up issues with neighbors being loud nothing will be done. I just had a drunk girl that looks very similar to one of the staff members laying in front of my door three in the morning. This is a terrible place to live especially for $3400 a month it is not worth it at all

  We had multiple positive experiences with Jesse when we were first looking at places to move in the area. He was friendly and informative. The same positive and helpful attitude extended through the application and move-in processes. Lilah was also great answering questions for us. Our move in went very smoothly and we are 2 weeks in living here and love it! Mandy Thanks Jesse and Lilah!
