  My husband and I have lived here going on 3 years and the experience keeps getting better. I’ve gotten to know the various front office staff over the years and they are always so kind and knowledgable. Special shout out to Sai for loving on my dog Diego - those birthday treats were a hit! We will always recommend Elevation to prospective renters, especially as it keeps improving.

  I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at a central location and enjoy the area! Has a lot of good food places around and not too far from downtown Phoenix!

  I am surprised that this place has such good reviews. My partner and I almost moved in a but ultimately had such a bad experience that we had to back out of the lease. When we toured, we looked at a model unit which completely covers up the millennial gray interior. When we picked up our keys and walked in, we were shocked to see the worst millennial gray I have ever seen. On top of the aesthetics not being what we expected, there were many issues with the unit that made the apartment unlivable. The floor was extremely scratched and had chunks missing from about half of the panels. The reasoning we were given is that the building is 10 years old. We had just moved from a 25 year old building in much better condition. The countertops, floors, and oven were filthy and stained. The circuit breaker had been moved and the old location was left open with exposed wires. Burn marks on the bathroom counters, cracked tile in the shower, broken shelves in the fridge. And on top of all that, our key fobs to the building did not work even after having the front office reset the fobs multiple times. The only way we were able to get in is because we found a door with a broken lock (not secure)! We called the emergency line when we were locked out and were ultimately redirected to a daytime customer service line and instructed to leave a message. I am giving 2 stars because the people in the front office were sympathetic did listen to our concerns. They offered to replace the flooring, which would have set our move in back by an additional week. The flooring very obviously should have been replaced before anyone moved in. Ultimately, it was fairly easy to back out of our lease. There is a clause that states you can back out of the lease penalty free if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days. We were only charged for 2 days worth of rent and the rest of our move in fees were refunded.
