  The apartment complex are amazing and the people who work there are even more amazing. Especially the people who work in the office, they are very helpful and kind people. I’ve had an easy transition between units and had no issues with the apartments I was in and if I did have an issue, they easily fixed it the same day or the next day. People who complain are sensitive and complain about everything, they should be ignored. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

  Living here was probably one of my worst mistakes I’ve ever done. Believe the reviews. Document everything, from the moment you move in. I moved in and there were metal shavings all over the ground, which I had to pull a couple out of my feet. I went down to the office to let them know. They said they would send the cleaning crew back up no thank you, you guys clearly didn’t get it the first time I’m going to do it. There was a huge German roach infestation every single apartment had to be treated, I went 11 days with them not treating the leak in my bathroom seriously, I went down to the office three times before they sent a maintenance person up on day 11. It had to be emptied every six hours or else. It was all over the floor, which I came home one day immediately slipped and fell and noticed the leak in the bathroom ceiling.. Again, it took 11 days for them to come and fix it after me going down to the office three separate times making a maintenance request and the response I got was “ We are looking to hire more maintenance people” They credited me $150 for the inconvenience ,but then sent another email about 15 days later once I asked where the credit was they said it will be applied at the end when I move out. They “fixed” The leak by adding a little blue thing to Absorb the extra water which in return leaked and stained my bathtub and dripped on me while I was showering. I would not recommend moving in here. You can never call the office because it will just start you back from the main menu (I have a 15 minute video. It doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency or anything you will not get through to the office. It just starts the call all over again from the main all over again. I’ve lived here a year waiting for my lease to end. I’ve never once have been able to contact the office by calling you have to go down there and still they don’t take you seriously.. Do not move here find somewhere else truly, I wish I listen to the reviews. Save yourself and do not move into here

  Ameer, is just fantastic. Really goes above and beyond. Hope to have him for all of our maintenance needs, got in and out and understood the importance of the situation. We were getting a new dishwasher because ours was leaking and he saw that the dishwasher disposal was also broken and fixed it on sight. Genuinely, a very bright man. Extremely grateful for his work. We also had a faulty toilet that he fixed and on top of everything- he also helped us put on a new shower head in the bathroom. Very friendly and professional costumer service. Best maintenance experience we have had. Thank you Ameer.

  I have been working with Yessika Baker for a few months on getting a 4 bedroom at the Element Deer Valley. She was finally able to get a downstairs 4bd unit to accommodate me and my elderly mother. However, due to life's circumstances, we are not able to complete the application process. Yessika has shown exceptional patience, understanding, and professionalism as well as assisting us with many technical issues.She is an awesome asset to the company. The current and prospective tenants she works with are and will be blessed to have her working with them and I'm thankful that she was there for us. Adina White

  It’s funny cause I like these apartments and I like living here never had a roach broken and the staff are nice but they never fricken pick up the phone when you call any of the office numbers during business hours it’s always this AI thing that tries transferring me and then I get no where. I live at the other end of the complex and prefer to not walk all the way over if I need help, I can leave a hundred voice mails and I never get a response unless I walk in. I work night shift too it’s very annoying.
