This place is disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere. They come out mostly when it’s dark so when I turn the lights back on I see about 20 of them running around. They came out and sprayed twice but it didn’t change anything. Guess I’ll have to take care of it myself. Also they don’t always fix your maintenance requests. They’ll either never do it or finish it, but they’ll mark it as finished on their web page.
I want to give a big shout out to Katie, probably the only person I’ve dealt with in the apartment industry that genuinely cares about helping me with any and all concerns I have about my unit. I’ve yet to have a problem she wasn’t able to figure out a solution for. Great place to call home!

Where do I even begin…. First day here and our ac unit didn’t work at all, a week of waiting for a real ac unit to be put in and once it was, it started leaking, in 3 different spots. Almost 3 months of our ac leaking, huge holes in our ceiling raining debris all over the hallway, and maintenance showing up unannounced, coming in waving their tools saying the unit is fixed only for it to continue leaking a couple hours later every time.
Once the leak was finally fixed, drywall was repaired and I thought “finally, it’s over” only for it to pour a bunch of water out the next day and continue like that for a couple hours before it stopped again. We placed another work order just to get it checked and I called the next day to try and get a time of when they’d be showing up because i have a 15 month old and every time they show up I'm either giving him a bath, or he’s down for a nap and their banging on the door wakes him every time without fail. Of course we weren’t able to get any sort of time frame of when they’d be here, and front office lady was rude and unapologetic about us having to deal with this, rudely explaining we were behind 4 other people and would have to “just wait.”
Well today October 2, while I’m in my bathroom changing, I hear a knock on the door, I’m home alone with my baby, I come rushing out and about 10 seconds after the first knock maintenance knocked a second time then not even a 2 seconds after, unlocked my door and started letting himself in!!! I shut the door and asked him to him to wait, when I let him in he rudely said with a smug face “well I knocked 3 times” which was a blatant lie. I bawled my eyes out explaining this to my husband, I could’ve been showering, using the toilet, literally anything, and I had a grown man walk in on me and my 15 month old. This is why I express the importance of them letting us know when they will be showing up, but non stop I’m met with blatant rudeness from maintenance, front office women, and the property manager. I’m so deeply disturbed by the way these people run this complex and would literally recommend you sleep in your car before renting here.

Watch out guys, people in the front office spend their time being petty towards tenants who complain, gossiping in the front office, and filming tik toks instead of doing their jobs!!! They apparently think it’s cute and funny being rude to people trying to get in contact with the front office, as seen in one of my screenshots. And don’t try to speak out on mister tj.leases tik tok, he deletes any comments that actually show what’s going on around here, and is more concerned about his followers and his like count than addressing the actual issues around the complex, mind you he is also actively misleading every person that sees his page by reposting comments that say there are no roaches when there are literally active infestations💀 and please, go try to find my comments, won’t be able to cause he blocked me. I’m also having to repost this review because the first time I posted it nobody but myself was able to see it, pretty weird huh?🙃

If you want to be sweaty and dirty, this is the place for you!
They turn off the water literally EVERY MONTH. They barely give you enough time to plan, and if youre lucky, they send the email 30-15 minutes before they turn off the water. I have been HOURS late to work MULTIPLE TIMES because they turn off the water without properly notifying their community. Sometimes they dont even send an email! Once, a woman answered the phone and even said, "we dont send emails out because we get angry phone calls about it."
This place needs serious renovations and everything is fixed with a bandaid. Not to mention, the water isnt even hot half of the time.. half of my showers are in lukewarm temperatures, sometimes even cold water. Unsuitable living conditions. Not to mention, my ac doesnt go below 80 degrees most of the time either. Management doesn't even allow sunshades for the patio to combat this awful ac unit. Its madness and insanity. They also renovated half of the units but expect the older models of units to pay the same price increase during lease renewal.
Maintenance takes forever to fix things too. I had a leak in my ac for over a month, multiple people came out and said they "fixed the leak", only for it to continue to drip. I was collecting 5 gallons of water every 12 hours for 3 weeks. The floorboards are soaked. (Thankfully they FINALLY hired a woman who was able to fix it after all that time. She is the only saving grace in this review)
A friend who lives a couple buildings down had a hole in their drywall for over 6 months after they came and did "maintenance" inside the wall. Did they fix it? No! Why should your tennant have to remind you to finish your repairs if we have a portal? Its because they mark requests as complete before they even get to the job! Sloppy.
My entire apartment smells like someone's smoking cigarettes through the walls. I cannot get the smell out no matter how hard I try. I've even scrubbed the walls...
The worst thing is the parking situation. They charge $100 for an UNCOVERED parking spot. This place is WAY too ghetto to have the audacity. I've lived in luxury apartments where $100 parking gets you a GARAGE. this price could be ignored if there were ample places to park. However, if you dont live in the very tail end of the complex, you will never find parking for your car. I've been forced to park on the street sometimes on 27th Ave because if this.
They have 3 empty rows of parking in the back that could easily be converted into covered parking, to allow more people to park at the front of the complex. But instead, they parked their massive shipping containers that are unsightly, and stretched across 10 potential parking spots.
Many people park in the emergency parking and leasing parking outside of the gate because they cant find a spot for their car. But when you call to complain, they say "nobody complains about the parking." Really goes to show the lack of care going on with managment about the community. You drive in anytime after 7pm and theres always cars parked outside the gate. Managment said "you can park up front after and before leasing office hours". So they are aware of the situation, they just dont give a damn. Its not like we have 5 cars. We have 2 because we need a dual income to afford this place, thus 2 different jobs in 2 different locations. Pretty self explanatory. This is not an unreasonable request.
And their "security" had the gall to photograph me while I was walking through the parking lot at night. I got home after work at 3am and was tired. I had my shoes in my hand, exhausted, walking 15 buildings down to my unit, to get photo flashed from the guy driving. I LIVE HERE and im getting harassed, just another consequence of their hostile architecture.
This place is falling apart and its atrocious how little managment cares. This place is just another dollar for them.
Talking about another dollar, after a hard day's work you can be treated to a food vendor truck thats soliciting in front of the community! What a reward!
