  I had a previous review that was deleted. So here we are again. This place is absolutely terrible it’s affordable but what you’re paying for doesn’t meet the standards. I have a neighbor that sits above my apartment and he smokes cigarettes inside his apartment and we share air ducts so naturally my apartment smells like cigarettes smoke, when contacting the front office I was told that they already knew he smoked and I was told that they won’t do anything to make him stop without proof he’s smoking, even though they are aware he does, they knew he smoked before me moving in which they never disclosed or else I never would have moved in. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. You have to pay for maintenance every month just for the cleaning crew to Blow trash from one end to the other. There is always trash outside your apartment, the property itself is poorly maintained, there is no grass and the landscaping is just none existent. There are plenty of other places that are just as affordable that care way more about your experience and services they provide. Anytime I need help I’m met with indifference and that’s not our problem type attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

  Smelled terrible in the office. Property was a bit dirty.

  The pool chairs were moldy. The apartment I saw smelled like an old attic. When I looked outside the balcony, I saw a door off and to the side of another balcony. I also saw the other apartment windows trashy.

  Absolutely love the floor design and the management was so friendly. Maintenance on top of everything.
