  I should’ve went with my first mind, the communication with the people in the office is a 1/10, They claim to had got a new chiller system a month after I moved in but it’s was always delays. The a/c didn’t start working until it reached 100 degrees outside. Every month the water and chiller system ends up broke and need to be fixed which always seems to happen after the office closes. They say people are not allowed to swim in clothes in the pool but when I tell you the residents don’t care. THEY DONT and management doesn’t do nothing about it. The pool is as cloudy as a thunderstorm in the spring. Maintenance does the bare minimum. They will practically give you an apartment but they will definitely put you and your family out if you are 1 month behind they claim they will work with you only to break that promise. Then I started seeing roaches 1 day before I was scheduled to move out.. They claim they got security that patrol at night but I never seen anyone.. Do not move here if u are in need it will not feel like a home.. the water comes back brown every time the water gets turned off..

  Do not live here! During my time here the AC was always broken and when it was running it did the bare minimum. The laundry room was always in shambles, and the machines were always broken. The laundry room also had a security issue because people would leave it unlocked or homeless people would break in and use it to do their nasty business. the people at the office are also very difficult to work with. They tired to charge me 1000 plus dollars out of the blue and said I had 1 day to pay or else they would evict me. I went to investigate and the lady at the office tried to change my legal contract because of an error that they made with my rent that resulted in a mystery balance of 1000 dollars to accumulate. A couple of months later I moved out and they told me that there would be no additional move out charges related to the unit, only for me to later find out through an email sent by a debt collector saying that I had an unpaid balance with connect on Missouri. Just when I thought I was free from them they still torment me many months later.

  Great place to live. Considering it’s in central Phoenix and we are literally living right next to the train, it is peaceful. We can walk to shopping and the train hub in minutes. The staff is wonderful and very friendly and welcoming.

  Have lived here many years! Management is always on top of things and are very friendly. No other place we have lived has had staff that made us feel so much at home!!!

  The manager Helena, is soo rude She only is nice once or twice a month.So if you meet her ask her how she that day. I have lived here for 4 years and she has been nice only when we sign the lease. Funny how money changes people. Her staff are good they are loyal and respectful.
