  Eddi was fantastic! He’s efficient, professional, and completed the repair quickly. He took the time to clean up after himself, and when he was finished it was like he had never even been there, except that my appliance was working perfectly again. I really appreciate the care he took with both the repair and my home. Thank you, Eddi, for providing such excellent service!

  I've lived in this community since 2020 and have seen it go through multiple management companies. By far, the current management team has been the best we've had. Communication is always clear and timely, and they've made several upgrades that have really improved the community. A special thank you to Kels and Shelby in management for their dedication to the residents and the community. They are always professional, approachable, and responsive. Chelsea in the office is also incredibly kind and personable, making every interaction a positive one. I also want to recognize the maintenance team, especially Aurelio and Eddie. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, and do a great job addressing any issues that come up. Overall, this has been the best management team this apartment community has had during my time here. I've truly enjoyed living here and appreciate the effort everyone puts into creating a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home. I've recommended this community to others and would continue to do so.

  I can’t think of any complaints! I only visited two other communities during my search for a downtown apartment. Once I saw the clean, modern apartments at Cityscape I knew I’d found the one. The apartments feel luxurious and are well kept and my apartment felt new when I moved in. What I didn’t know when I selected Cityscape was how great the staff is. Chelsea helped me throughout the leasing process and has continued to follow up and has provided proactive service, thinking of my needs before I even realized them. She has truly made a difference in my experience here! I have also been surprised by how quiet my apartment is. I don’t know if I just have amazing neighbors or if it is the construction of the building but I never hear noise from other apartments. I would love to compliment the maintenance team but I haven’t had to contact them for anything, I’ve had no issues! I’ve only lived here for a couple of months, I will post an update in the future. I don’t always leave positive reviews, I can be particular and hard to please. if you look at my other reviews you will see that some are critical but I just have amazing things to say about Cityscape. The location can’t be beat and the views from apartments facing south are particularly incredible. Photos attached are my view from my unit on the 23rd floor that faces south. If you’re contemplating a move downtown, take a look at Cityscape!

  Eddie responded to my maintenance request very quickly. He replaced the battery in my smoke detector, fixed my outlets, and even took the time to show me how to use them properly. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate the excellent service!

  Great place been living here for 3 years and I got to say anytime I needed something fixed maintenance did it’s job every time and did it over the top especially Eddie he always has a great attitude unlike a lot of other apartments! 10/10 with all the staff highly recommend!
