Maintenance said I wouldn’t get charged for the chips and cuts on the floor panels. They left as is.

There is no guest parking here. They give you one tiny space mind you mine is next to a pole so I have to essentially play Jenga every time I try to park my car. Having guests over is borderline impossible due to never being any spots available. Residence like to camp their cars in guest spots and not move them for weeks while the complex does nothing about it. They will give them a warning and then they will jump to a new guest spot and sit there for another week. Meanwhile, actual guest are not able to find the spot because residence like these have two cars for a one bedroom apartments. Or they will use their bike to claim a guest parking spot. Because of the lack of guest parking, I asked if I could pay extra a month for an empty garage that they currently aren’t using due to the fact that I have so many scratches on my car already from the pole/as well as the person next to me constantly slamming their door into mine, they said they couldn’t do any thing about it ! Lovely

We've only lived here for a few weeks, but so far we've been LOVING Callia & everything it has to offer!
The maintenance crew, super quick super friendly & super professional (Which I appreciate compared to my last place). The management team also provides good communication and ongoing support for any issues & are trying best to resolve.
For the price point, we have such nice amenities & spacious unit :) The location's also great; super short walk to the park, coffee shops, and restaurants, plus a sweet neighborhood behind the apartment to go on morning walks with your dogs! We thought it'd be too dangerous to walk around the area, but in the mornings - it's very clean & safe.
I did read reviews complaining "the build" for being a luxury apartment, but if you want that level of luxury you need to pay at least double on rent. I'm talking like $2500/month for 700ish square feet apartment. So don't set unrealistic expectations because the apartment has "luxury" in its name, it is luxury for the looks & amenities, but really understand the price you're paying for the build.

Yuriy Zenda and Dustin Martell said most of it already. I've lived in many places and the Callia / Greystar experience was unequivocally the worst. You are not a human with Greystar (1.7 stars as of this post), you are a line item on a budget sheet for the squeezing.
*in reply to the response from owner / Callia below - is this a manager with Greystar or an agent of The Davis Companies / Residential Fund IV?
You will find the first tenant of Unit 1047 was myself and a roommate. I was erroneously charged a cleaning deposit fee and learned after much pain that Greystar does not have a refund button nor personnel for accountability or capacity for dignity in a human response. The move-out charges were outrageous. Parking was an afterthought. Cars driving down Indian School Rd sound like you're on the street with them. Moving back to Phoenix and being familiar with Toll Brothers construction from decades prior, I'd expected quality construction.
Toll Brothers & The Davis Companies really missed the mark on building for comfort in this "shovel-ready luxury multifamily development." Hopefully a good lesson for the future.

Dangerous complex full of criminal activity, incredibly noisy neighbors, and foul smelling hallways. They’ll charge you as much as they can for the little they can offer. They also hold the noisiest events you have ever heard, so if you like having peace, kiss that goodbye. Then there’s the roaches, crawling EVERYWHERE. The floors, the walls, the bottom of the pools. DISGUSTING. BETTER AND CLASSIER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT BETTER PRICE ALL OVER PHX.
