  I don’t live here but I was a guest to someone who does, every single parking spot is numbered. Covered or uncovered. If you are parked in uncovered and haven’t got a parking permit you WILL GET TOWED! I came to help my best friend who is a single mom and she pulled a double. I stayed with her kids and my car got towed. I spoke with someone at 1am, a courtesy maintenance manager. They don’t accommodate for after office hours, for cars to be here even over night. I came to help a friend with her babies and I wake up this morning and my car was gone. I checked to see if my car was there till almost 5 am. I woke up at night went to get the babies in the car and it was gone. Sure, places have rules but if you set rules you need to be accommodating to said rules. Emergencies happen. Now I have to pay nearly 200$ because they couldn’t provide the necessary measures of the rules they are enforcing. Just don’t move here because they are very rude and not helpful in these situation.

  Worst apt it was super nice to live in nice community but the service was mediocre to be honest they never came to check on any of the items to fix any complaints it took forever for them to come. IN ADDITION TO THAT now that we moved and we had NO contract they’re trying to charge us for damages we never caused damages that were there before we even moved in. And the only reason they’re charging us is because we told them a month in advance that we’d move but they kept insisting we stay till July and now since we didn’t they are trying to get any money possible out of us. Please if you move in be careful with these money hungry people.AND also broad stone we have pictures of the whole house so any “damages” u say we caused can be disproved easily 😘
