  Very disappointing first (and last) interaction with the leasing office. I scheduled a tour for 1 PM on July 5. I received multiple texts and emails confirmations along with reminders on the set appointment. When I got to the property, the office was OPEN and the lady saw both my daughter, mother, and myself parked in the ‘future residential parking” as she walked from the clubhouse to the leasing office. When I went to walk in, they had a “On lunch” sign - thinking this was an overlook, I knocked on the door hoping to get an update on my tour, however no answer, knocked again and the lady answered the door, yelling about how loud I was knocking (unsure why she didn’t answer the first time). But ignored it. She continued to argue with me about her ‘not’ having me on her schedule even after I showed her my confirmation. The lady didn’t even let me speak. This was unacceptable as my 3 year old daughter was with me in over 100 degree weather. Disappointed as this was on my #1 move in spot and now, will never give this property a chance.

  Mandatory (not even optional) paying for amenities that aren’t getting taken care of like the pool, jacuzzi, gym and playground which look even worst as a public pool or playground. Pool looks absolutely disgusting and the premises around pool need to be taken care of asap. I've seen bunch of people who don't even live here coming and doing a mess and jumping in the pool area and it's so dissapointned and frustated because I have to pay for those ammenities and can't even use them because they are too dirty and packed as hell. Also walking around the complex I always see bunch of dog poop on the grass, sidewalks and pavement. Why people have pets and they can't even pick up their waste! 😑

  alicia is the property director here and is truly amazing. always quick to respond and so helpful. we just welcomed our first baby and she has been so supportive. we wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else in this season of life and she’s a huge part of that decision!

  I would strongly caution anyone against applying here. I paid the $500 fee and never received any approval, denial, update, or communication whatsoever. I emailed multiple times and called repeatedly with no response. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was approved by another place the very next day, so qualification was clearly not the issue. It honestly feels like they take people’s money and avoid giving any answers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
