  I have lived here for 5 months now and have to say that the employees in the leasing office as well as maintenance have been very helpful and kind to me from day one. Maintenance has always been very quick to respond to any work orders I placed and the issues were resolved quickly.

  I have resided at Boulders close to about 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say. The staff are very supportive and helpful for me and my boys, the grounds are always well kept and secure, and the overall demeanor of the community is calm. It’s definitely a great place to raise a family or have a great place to yourself if in school as well. I can’t recommend them enough!

  We had a confirmed appointment but we were 15mins late (having toddler and infant). We approached the receptionist and immediately told us to come back the next day without any consideration. Gladly, Alicia saw us from her office and attended us. Unfortunately, the unit i booked for that day is not available anymore. Their system is not organize based on what we experienced and to the receptionist, this apartment complex needs better employee to keep clients and not walk away. - first impression last!

  Vehicle has been broken into three separate times and I've lived here for about 5 months. If you value your sanity and money, do not waste either living here.

  Very disappointing first (and last) interaction with the leasing office. I scheduled a tour for 1 PM on July 5. I received multiple texts and emails confirmations along with reminders on the set appointment. When I got to the property, the office was OPEN and the lady saw both my daughter, mother, and myself parked in the ‘future residential parking” as she walked from the clubhouse to the leasing office. When I went to walk in, they had a “On lunch” sign - thinking this was an overlook, I knocked on the door hoping to get an update on my tour, however no answer, knocked again and the lady answered the door, yelling about how loud I was knocking (unsure why she didn’t answer the first time). But ignored it. She continued to argue with me about her ‘not’ having me on her schedule even after I showed her my confirmation. The lady didn’t even let me speak. This was unacceptable as my 3 year old daughter was with me in over 100 degree weather. Disappointed as this was on my #1 move in spot and now, will never give this property a chance.
