  Horrible experience living here this year. 6+ weeks dishwasher has not worked. 6 work orders, repair guy only showed up twice- once to say he needed parts, second time to say it was fixed but never worked after he said that. Front desk receptionist is not helpful. Refuses to let me speak with property manager about long standing issue. Terrible place to live.

  The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 is because the complex units themselves are nice. Wooden floors, dryer and washer, spacious. My main complaint is that we moved in and our space with the boiler this entire time had mold. The moment we reached out to let the office know- they sent maintenance to fan out the space and then try to do drywall on it, and I was already 9 months pregnant, ready to give birth, so it was lovely having mold just being fanned everywhere at my apartment unit. When we reached out for some form of compensation, they denied us because that would “be unfair to other tenants”, which is insane- given this could have easily been a lawsuit against them. Not only is the maintenance supervisor rude, stopping on by unannounced and banging on our door, but the office could care less about you after you sign your lease. If something is broken? Good luck- maintenance will not arrive and the office will not respond. We will not be renewing our lease unfortunately due to them caring way more about new tenants and their paychecks, instead of existing residents.

  The staff failed to complete the maintenance I requested, and now I have to submit another maintenance request and wait once again for them to decide when—or if—they feel like doing anything. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Residents deserve timely, professional, and reliable maintenance service.

  I've only been living in my unit for over a few weeks now and I've had numerous problems with my ac starting with my master bed room not cooling down and now my ac doesn't turn on emergency line is a joke no one calls back after many calls maybe the office workers should stop making TikTok's and take priority in their tenants and get their maintenance team on track these summers are way to brutal to not be taking anything serious

  Stay away! This place "lost" my sons move out paperwork, thankfully he kept the email that he sent. Then they said they would honor it, yet the accounting department is still telling him he owes for the rest of the month and the late fees keep adding up. He has called the office and emailed multiple times and no one wants to take care of it. Even though he followed their instructions and brought them a money order for his final move out amount.
