We absolutely love our new townhome! From the moment we started the process through move-in day, everything was seamless and welcoming. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and already feels like home. Gustavo was truly the easiest person to work with. He answered every question we had in detail and took care of any minor issues right away. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, and made the entire experience stress-free. We could not be happier with our decision to move here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!

5 Stars all around for this team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve lived at BBLiving Desert Ridge for a year now and just signed on for another because of how the office team, especially Alex, has treated me. Great customer service is one thing, but what stands out here is that they actually care about residents as people — not just names on a lease. That was never clearer than during a stretch when my girlfriend was in the hospital for three months. It was one of the hardest periods of my life, and Alex and the team didn’t just handle things professionally — they checked in on us, showed real concern for her, and made sure we felt supported rather than just managed. That kind of care isn’t something you can fake, and it’s not something you find often. I work in hospitality myself, managing short-term rental properties, so I know how rare that level of genuine care is. Most places give you polished service until there’s a problem. This team shows up the same way every time. It’s given me real confidence in where this property and company are headed. If they keep hiring people with that mindset, BBLiving is going to keep getting better. Grateful to be here another year.
