  My experience was excellent. Gus was absolutely wonderful. He gave me a tour, and thoroughly explained every detail, including the overall concept and features of the house. Gus has a charismatic personality, is very knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely welcome.

  I toured a nice 3 bedroom unit and the staff was really helpful. The guy who showed me around answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through it all. The property looks well kept and the place felt spacious.

  My experience with BB Living Desert Ridge was marked by serious faulty construction issues that led me to terminate my lease. During a short tenancy in a newly constructed townhome, I experienced two major leaks—a roof leak and a plumbing failure due to faulty construction. The resulting water intrusion included exposure to sewer water in the subfloor and was not properly remediated, raising significant health and safety concerns. Despite reporting the issues through proper channels, I did not receive timely or adequate resolution and was ultimately presented with the option of paying financial penalties or remaining in unresolved conditions. The property does have some appealing qualities; however, it was certainly not worth the impact on my health and living conditions. I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to carefully evaluate maintenance practices and construction quality before leasing here.

  Salesmen were outstanding, super nice. Loved the units but needed/was able to find a more fitting single level unit in the area. Thanks so much for your info and hospitality.
