  I recently moved into BB Living at Union Park and have had a great experience thus far. The neighborhood is very safe and the amenities are well-kept. Gabby was extremely helpful and responsive in the leasing process. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would recommend to others.

  Be very careful if you’re considering renting here. My husband and I visited this property because we were interested in an apartment. The leasing office quoted us one price, but after we submitted our application, we discovered in the lease agreement that the actual rent was significantly different. Naturally, we decided not to move forward. However, the company still charged us a $350 application fee, despite never informing us beforehand that there would be a fee or how much it would cost. This experience felt misleading and lacked transparency from the very beginning.
