  Be very careful if you’re considering renting here. My husband and I visited this property because we were interested in an apartment. The leasing office quoted us one price, but after we submitted our application, we discovered in the lease agreement that the actual rent was significantly different. Naturally, we decided not to move forward. However, the company still charged us a $350 application fee, despite never informing us beforehand that there would be a fee or how much it would cost. This experience felt misleading and lacked transparency from the very beginning.

  I had a great experience living here. The townhouse itself was well-maintained, spacious, and felt like a comfortable place to call home. The community amenities were a wonderful bonus and were always clean and enjoyable to use. The property was quiet, and I appreciated how convenient the location was for everyday errands and getting around. Overall, I really enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality townhouse community.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at BB Living! The community is clean, quiet, and feels very welcoming. The homes are spacious, and I love having the extra room compared to a traditional apartment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is also convenient and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Overall, it has been a great place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable community!

  We recently moved into BB Living at Union Park and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The neighborhood is incredibly family-friendly, safe, and peaceful—perfect for raising kids or simply enjoying a quiet lifestyle. The amenities are top-notch and truly enhance the overall living experience. The staff has been consistently helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Our townhome is absolutely beautiful, and we genuinely enjoy spending time in it. Maintenance has been prompt and reliable whenever needed. After comparing prices across the Phoenix area, we found BB Living to be very reasonably priced for the quality and value offered. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with our decision to move here. It’s been a wonderful place to call home!

  I can’t say enough good things about the community. The cleanliness, the safety, the amenities. All 10/10. Perfect for families and pet lovers! We have multiple family members planning to relocate to Arizona in the next two years and I have been raving about BBliving since we moved in. Hoping for some new familiar neighbors soon 🤞
