  I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex and want to warn others to be very careful before applying. I applied for a one-bedroom apartment and paid a security deposit in good faith. My move-in was later cancelled, and I was told that my security deposit would be returned. However, I still have not received my refund. I was given several conflicting explanations by staff. She told me that I could not rent a one-bedroom apartment because I have a baby and that state requirements meant I needed a two-bedroom apartment. She also claimed that I had applied for a two-bedroom apartment, which is simply not true—I applied for a one-bedroom apartment. Later, I was told that I would not receive my security deposit because of mistakes on my application. I was also told that I would receive an email explaining why my deposit was being withheld, but I have never received that email or any written explanation. It is unfair to keep someone’s hard-earned money without providing a clear explanation it should not be taken or withheld without a valid reason and proper communication. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and failure to follow through on what I was promised have been extremely frustrating. I hope the management addresses these issues and treats future applicants more fairly. Please be vigilant before applying here. Make sure you keep copies of every document, email, and receipt, and ask for everything in writing. My experience has been disappointing, and I would not want others to go through the same situation.

  These are beautiful very clean. And their pool is amazing. But I will say their parking situation needs work. If you park inside the gate and are parked there after about 2 AM regardless if it’s a covered parking or open parking if you don’t live here or car doesn’t have parking sticker on it, it will be towed. But there’s only about 10 parking spots outside the gate that are always taken so if you have visitors, I suggest they find parking somewhere nearby and walk because that tow truck comes by every night.
