  Horrible apartments, only have one trash in the whole complex, always have trash and glass surrounding the streets in the complex, they have hidden fees, don’t allow guest to park inside complex nor in the front, where are our guest supposed to park then? Ridiculous

  I have live at Aviara Flats for 9 months now I was in the search of my 1st apartment after a 18 year toxic relationship and never having my own apartment with my boys by ourselves and I have to say from the start of my application process to now the ladies in the office have been amazing very friendly/helpful I love living here it’s quiet ,clean I’m so grateful to have found Aviara Flats I been very happy.

  I previously left a nasty review but after speaking with the new property manager we were able to get issues resolved and I really appreciate that. Looking forward to continue residing here💖🙏🏽

  Pool is always locked when it “opens at dawn” you can never plan to go to there certain days because you never know if someone did their job of unlocking it. They have a clubhouse!!! But it remains locked because you can only get into it while front office is there and cannot have more than 3 people with you. You can’t go to the gym without their being kids in there playing with equipment. Their cameras are always “down for an update” when you need them. & their is no security here like they claim there is & the gates constantly stop working. Also, front office rarely answers.

  Really bad communication waited about a week or so just to get told that neither me nor the my partner can reapply at ALL just because I was denied but he wasnt he cant apply ever even tho i was told he could apply with someone else but last minute was told he cant apply at all really mad for waisting my time and not providing vorrect information 🤦🏻‍♀️
