  This place is dirty. The staff does not know how to communicate. They have roaches every other day. The lights are turned off. I wouldn’t move here. I can’t wait till my lease is up so I actually can move out. This is a really bad place to live I would recommend you not living here. It’s not a good community. I lived here for three months and then they raise my rent $100 and said they could because it was in the lease. They don’t communicate with you and then they try to add on extra charges and thinks everything is funny. The staff literally laughed in my face.

  Had 3 power outages in one day fire department had to come because it was smoking, no notices or even an apology to make up for it, pool is never open, no parking if you have company over, the parks have no shade over them so in the summer time it's too hot to even let kids play since it's right under the sun the slide is hot to the touch, trash is always everywhere which there's only a single trash compact for the entire complex.

  There is zero available visitor parking. The complex is huge & they have 10 parkings up front that are always full. I’m sure they make their profit income with the tow company because there is tons of uncovered spaces that I’ve seen many cars be towed from. So, if you have a visitor plan to have them park at Walmart or something down the street because they will be towed.

  I have been residing in this apartment complex for seven months and have found the experience to be challenging. From the outside, the complex appears to look livable, well-maintained and the view of the pool is pleasant. However, the reality of living here is far from ideal. The noise levels from Thursday to Sunday are excessive. With partying, drinking and smoking that disrupts my ability to sleep. I have concerns about the environment and its impact on my child, who was recently assaulted by a group of individuals in a disturbing incident that involved a threat of gun violence. I have contacted the police department multiple times, but the issues persist. After witnessing and adult giving a minor alcohol, this is NOT a place to raise CHILDREN!! PROJECTS AT IT'S FINEST!! 04/04/2026 @10:57 pm PARTYING STILL @POOL NO RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS
