  We toured this apartment recently and had a really positive experience with Cynthia from the leasing office. Cynthia was friendly, informative, and answered all of our questions without being pushy, which made the tour feel comfortable and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a practical layout. We also liked the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the community. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the area.

  DONT MOVE HERE!! STAY FAR AWAY. this place is constantly changing management . they changed management 2 months ago and the portal did not work . i went into the office and spoke with someone there and wanted to confirm how much i owed etc and that my app isnt working and i did not want to be charged late fees as i work during the day and nearly impossible to take off work to come into the office . well when rent time came as assumed and i didn't want to happen i couldn't pay over the portal and was not available to come into the office . when i called to speak to the office about late fees i asked for the property manager but the assistant manager wont let you speak to him and she followed up with nope the late fees can not be waived with no care . She expressed that she was more concerned about losing her job than helping out the tenant . she demanded late fees to be paid right away with no remorse . my Lease was up for renewal but because of how rude Lisa is and has no care for the tenant only the money and policy and you cant even talk with the main manager as Lisa intercepts all emails and phone calls. so at this point i placed my 60days notice in cause this is bad business. My 60 day has currently ended on the 12th of April and i Unfortunately could not move due to issues with the house we found and did not find out until the 12th and was busy with work i sent an email stating i will prorate pay the remainder of the month and 100% will be ready may 1st . Lisa had declined any extension or any solution and said i need to turn keys in immediately and leave. i don't have family or friends in town and have 2 children who live with me so essentially she is saying i don't care go live in the streets or a hotel with no accommodation of my children and our situation . we are currently still in the unit packing and looking for a hotel in the meantime and storage as Ascent in Peoria is threatening with eviction and fees and not really to help in any type of way so we can have a smooth transition . So now i have to rapidly leave with my 2 children with no where to go as they are filing for eviction. i did even ask for just a few days even the 20th max and same response "turn the keys in at the end of the day " meanwhile im at work and they are telling me this at 9-10 am . these people dont care and will take and take from you . Not to mention the massive cockroach problem you see them all over the property in the rocks and grass and HUGE sewer roaches will come out the tub drain etc you need to put cups over the drains to prevent them coming in . Overall this is not the best place to live and the renovations are really bad work . they also wont change HVAC filters and take several days for maintenance request and will just show up whenever . ive had maintenance enter my home with my children here who are under 18 and should not be in my home without me present if the children are here . Good luck . with this place as they are putting me through the ringer with fees and threats and a new eviction even tho i have not refused to leave i have offered money and kindly asked for extended time . they will give zero accomodation.
