Cynthia told me if I know rent comes out on the first of every month I should take off from work to make sure it’s paid. They never answer the front office phone they never call back. Can’t leave maintenance request on the website. Can’t even use the laundry room on the property. The water has been shut off site wide 4-5 times in the last 6 months most of those were without warning. My door was kicked in at some point before I arrived here and it has difficulty closing my bathroom door came off the hinges. The staff here cares more about people smoking outside then they care about the roaches, the water always being shut off, preparing the apartments for new guests, the gates being wide open all hours of the day.

don’t do it is my best advice. $1,300 a month for a 1bed 1bath and a little under 600 square feet. if that is not off putting enough there is homeless people that freely use the laundry rooms and playground at night, as i write this i’m watching a homeless man throw trash out of the trashcan in the gated car park area. of course this is to be expected in this area and i wouldn’t care if i didn’t pay the same amount of money for this apartment that i could spend on a 800 square foot apartment three minutes away from west gate. i store two cars on property and they’ve both been broken into twice, when they couldn’t get in on the fourth try they slashed tires and there is no security on site or cameras you must have your own but if you can’t see your car from your apartment good luck! i have had random people come to my door in the middle of the night intoxicated for absolutely no reason. i’ve also come home to damage to my front door as if someone had tried to break in. they advertise a gym, there isn’t one. this place goes through workers like candy so if one promises you something it won’t matter next week when they’re gone!
