  Amazing complex, amazing neighbors…. I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem until they finally got sold to greystar. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! Run far far far away from ANY GREYSTAR PROPERTY. Believe the things everyone in Arizona says… it truly is the worst company to work with. They live up to there terrible reputation. I’ve had such an amazing experience up until they took over. They are so sloppy with everything they do. They will make your experience hell. With inexperienced workers & awful property upkeep. Nothing was ever cleaned anymore. Water was constantly being shut off with short notice. Closed our rent portal the list goes on!!! I was removed off of my lease in MAY. My roommate and I parted ways, I decided to search my name on google randomly.. WHAT DO I SEE ?? A DEFAULT JUDGMENT FOR AN EVICTION I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT BECAUSE I HAVEN'T LIVED IN THE UNIT IN MONTHS. The eviction itself isn’t the problem… whatever my roommate has going on is there business… ITS THE FACT THAT I WAS REMOVED FROM THE LEASE PRIOR TO THE EVICTION & I HAVE A PAPER TRAIL OF THEM DOING SO. WHY DID I HAVE TO FIND OUT MYSELF THAT IVE BEEN “SERVED” AN EVICTION !!!!!!! 1. NO ONE WAS EVER LEGALLY SERVED 2. I WAS REMOVED FROM THE LEASE & I MOVED OUT MONTHS AGO. You would think that management would be apologetic for this very careless mistake???? No. I didn’t get an apology. I was told “ we will be in contact with our legal team”… as vague as that sounds I wanted more detail, detail in which I had to harass the manger with emails about just for her to tell me that she’s talked to my roommate. WHAT WOULD HER TALKING TO MY ROOMMATE DO FOR ME ??????????? I DON’T HAVE CONTACT WITH THAT PERSON & IM THE ONE AFFECTED IN THE SITUATION. So now I’m unable to move into a new place until this is handled. GREYSTAR IS A JOKE. YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM IS A JOKE. It’s one thing to make a mistake but at least be professional when fixing it. Disgusting !!!

  We toured this apartment recently and had a really positive experience with Cynthia from the leasing office. Cynthia was friendly, informative, and answered all of our questions without being pushy, which made the tour feel comfortable and welcoming. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a practical layout. We also liked the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the community. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the area.
