  We came to look at a few 2b2b units and Michelle was our helper. She was wonderful, super sweet, very helpful to answer all of our questions! She gave us information on promotions, price breakdowns and made sure we had everything ready before applying. She was very helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better helper. Amazing layout too, definitely get your moneys worth. If you see a layout you don’t like, she’s very helpful in giving you other tours and options. Highly recommend checking Ascent out! Will give an update upon move-in…

  New Management under Greystar has been the WORST and we’ve been here 6 years under 4 different managements. Nothing but rudeness of the ladies at the front desk and they don’t respond to emails. The apartment doesn’t take noise complaints serious I’ve emailed consistently only to get nothing in return. They only care about the Airbnbs to be filled and don’t care about actual residents. we’ve been woken up all hours of the night to the point we need to take NyQuil just to try and sleep. The old reviews ranting and raving about Taylor -unfortunately she’s no longer here and actually took things serious.

  I recently moved into Ascent North Scottsdale, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, the experience has been smooth, welcoming, and genuinely positive. One of the standout aspects of Ascent is the office staff. Both Michelle and Jenny have been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive every step of the way. They made the entire process feel easy and seamless. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and they always took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. It’s clear that they truly care about the residents and take pride in what they do. Beyond that, the community itself is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home already. It’s such a relief to live somewhere where both the environment and the people contribute to a positive experience. I highly recommend Ascent to anyone looking for a place that combines quality living with exceptional service!

  Just moved in last week. Jenny and Michelle did awesome getting me in. Fast friendly and easy transition. Had a few locks and maintenance items needed some eyes on. Carlos and Brian came over. Knocked introduced themselves and knocked out the repairs in about 15 minutes. Cleaned up after. Awesome start to a new living plan. Thank you all.
