  No one has shown up over a day and a half later. but I received an email stating that maintenance request has been successfully closed. I called to open a new request, only to get a voice response the request is still pending and open. close of business day is approaching. Leak is still Leaking.

  Every apartment complex ever in existence has its flaws there is not a single perfect apartment complex in this world that has no flaws but this one right here is the best apartment complex I’ve ever dealt with the property management team are excellent at there jobs I just renewed my lease. These apartments are very nice. I don’t have any problems with bugs and when I do they come do there diligence and fix my issues. These people with work with you on whatever it is. And all around probably gonna be the best bang for buck apartment complex in Phoenix. And I’ve had my fair share of shitty apartment complexes and property managers but this one I’ve never had a single problem with they get a 5 stars from me I love this place!

  I was going to write a good review but my checkout did not go as planned. I highly suggest that you be there at the walk out inspection. My issue was I was told by different staff that my tub situation would not be charged at checkout because the peeling around the tub was not my fault. It happened on its own and the ensuing mold that occurred afterwards. I lived that way for years spraying hydrogen peroxide because I didn't want them to come in tear stuff out, it was described to be a lot of work. They charged me for a deep clean and took my pet deposit and left me balance to pay. Ain't that something. Lesson learned- never take anyone's word and go directly to person who's assigned for the walk out inspection beforehand for any concerns. The leasing agents and maintenance are generally good, sad this happened to me at the very end. And for any new tenants- make sure you crack the window if you shower at night in the winter because I didn't and I had a cover over the window. One day I open the cover up and the whole window seal was caked in mold. Not sure how long I was breathing that in.

  Upon move in the apartment was not clean, dishwasher doesn’t work, no hot water, food left on the balcony from the previous resident among other things. When I spoke with management about it, seemed like they really didn’t care or was use to doing this. Assistant property manager came to view my complaints and told me when preparing the apartment things will be missed. All of this is after the apartment was to be ready on the 19th of June, then notified it would be ready the 24th, then notified it would be ready the 29th.
