The team at Arcadia Cove deserves five stars! A special thank-you to Mandi, Memory, Alyssa, and Kylie in the leasing office, and Bryan in maintenance. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and I really appreciate the care they put into our community. The grounds are beautiful and consistently kept clean, making it a lovely place to come home to. Having a team that cares about both the residents and the property makes such a difference. Thank you all for making Arcadia Cove feel like home!

I have lived here for a few years now and have experienced kind neighbors, friendly pets and a comfy living situation. Memory in the office was so kind and understanding when dealing with complicated situations. The entire office was quick to answer phone calls and respond to any questions or needs. This complex has genuinely been a safe place to land for me. Thank you, all!

One month in-review Yeah this has been rough. I love the look of our apartment but we have been burdened with no working microwave, window leaks when it rains, a plumbing issue, and more since we moved. I have gone to management multiple times (in person, on phone, and in portal) and I’ve only gotten a person here once . Even then, they said they didn’t have the parts or equipment and haven’t heard from them since. Management is real quick to say “oh we will put that in” but nothing gets done. No call back. No follow up. Exteriorly, it’s decent. Lights are out in majority of lampposts. Pool was a gnarly green for a while. “Gated community” lol - they promise they are finding a vendor for the front gate but seems like they’ve been looking for a year plus. They will also make it seem like garage parking and storage are available - it’s not - it’s an endless waitlist. I didn’t want to write this review but yeah I scheduled to work from home for maintenance they “scheduled”. No one showed up so that was awesome :)
