Randi is a great manager compared to the previous 3 people that were in and out in the first three months I lived here, before Randi came in. So I had work orders submitted the first day I moved in and were ignored completely for 3 months despite me calling and going into the office a few times a week every week until the problems existing at that time were more bareable than pestering the previous manager. Randi got those fixed promptly. I assume to no fault of anyone that works here, but pest control left me a note stating I must physically be present in my apartment in order for them to use the pesticides in my apartment with my dogs and I in it. So the roaches Ive had since the first day of moving in have just continued to grow. So since I am hardly even living in my apartment after it became unsanitary to live in and also without a working fridge since beginning of May (which I was told repeatedly is going to be replaced and after 3 months I don't care since I primarily live in hotels and friends houses so I have access to a working fridge and a shower that isn't a giant roach nest and having roaches everywhere. Granted I stopped cleaning after the final roach report so at this point the apartment is just going to be what they want it to be. I've documented everything since my first day here so anything broken is documented as being requested to be fixed for at least the last 7 months of my lease. Also, the last two months my apartments been unlocked all day every day and permission to enter has been given since day one of living here. I feel like I had a full time job just begging to have a comfortable, sanitary home with working appliances necessary to be able to store and cook my own food and store my insulin. So, I don't think there's a person on this planet who can fix this place. And I have barely seen good reviews even going years back through reviews on here and generally the complaints are similar or the same as mine. This is the first of 12 apartments I've rented where I can't even live in my apartment at this point and requests go neglected for multiple months and I'm not even sure if these last ones will be fixed. Thankfully a broken lease at this point in my lease won't be much more than like 3 months rent and then whatever charges from their own doing they try to pin on me. The cleaning fee will make sense since we just use my apartment as a sewer so at least now the roaches living there is justified. Final review, no further permission to enter, and this is my official Do Not Contact notice for 60 at Melrose and Rincon as a company. This is to include all forms of communication. Obviously I can't stop an eviction notice that's mailed through USPS but that's fine and understandable if I decide just to save my rent for a deposit at a new place. Sometimes I have to remind myself when I'm at this so called "home", that I didn't die and go to hell, I just decided to move into a previously unexplainably cheap apartment for the area, and I see why it's so cheap and Ive seen more U-hauls coming in and out in the last 8 months than I've ever seen in my life in just one place. It's like Mcdonalds turnover rate, but for tenants, not employees. Except the managers who told me what they thought of this place and then suddenly weren't here. Working here is probably a setup for failure so I would bail too if that's the reason for the previous managers absences. Randi truly has improved this place and makes it run better than before she got here. It just sucks the bar is so low for this property and per reviews on Google, seems to have been for a long time, that it's still miles below ground level even with the improvements. Oh, and I'm sure the one of two gates for pedestrian use to exit/enter the property being locked half of the time when trying exit is a safety hazard. I also love that my fridge work order was closed after a few months and isn't fixed still. Shame the satisfaction survey wouldn't let me mention that as the reason for one star

I recently came to check out the apartments a little over 2 weeks ago and let me just say that these apartments are under new management. The new manager presents herself very well, she is friendly, out going and takes her communication skills to a whole new level. During our lease signing we received her response in a timely manner. She’s very aware of the big role she’s stepping into and already making huge changes. She even let us know of upcoming upgrades since we did decide to sign a lease here. While I don’t know what the living experiences are, I know that the character Randi presents us with is very welcoming, loving and caring. I am excited to share my personal experience living here later in the future.

The apartment's ate decent size with nice wood floors. I like the gated community seeing helps keep out thieves and you don't gave to worry as much about your car getting broke into or stolen. This place has a beautiful pool and i little BBQ area for weekend get-togethers with the family. The neighborhood isn't too bad slightly upscale and all in all not a bad place to live
