  Wendy is fantastic, she goes above and beyond. For example, when selling our house the buyer wanted to have some repairs done and Wendy tracked down all the relevant contractors to get bids on the work that would need to be done. She also did that for the house we purchased. She knows the market well and has an excellent support network including lenders, inspectors and contractors. We could not have been more pleased with the purchase and sale of our homes and Wendy made the whole process painless.
