  Mike and Lacey are great to work with! They are professional and knowledgeable. Mike's experience with managing rentals gives him first hand knowledge of which houses will make the best rental investments. I would recommend him as a real estate broker and a property manager.

  We’ve had an amazing experience with Ultimate Properties Property Management Group! They have been the best property management company we’ve ever worked with. Their communication is outstanding, and everyone on the team is kind, understanding, and quick to respond. We requested carpet cleaning on Friday, and they had it scheduled and completed first thing Monday morning. That level of responsiveness really impressed us. They truly care about their tenants and make the entire process easy. We highly recommend Ultimate Properties to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and responsive property management company!

  I have had a great experience with this rental community. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. The property is well maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I especially appreciate the consistency of the maintenance team, as seeing familiar faces creates a sense of trust and comfort. It's refreshing to live somewhere that values good customer service and takes pride in providing a positive living experience. I would gladly recommend this company!

  I was looking for a short-term lease and Matt went out of his way to help me find an option that would work. Even though we weren't able to find the right fit, I really appreciated his attentiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout the process.
