  We were excited to tour this property expecting a true luxury community but the reality was disgusting. Before our official tour, we walked around the grounds to see if the community lived up to its online reviews, and we were completely shocked by what we found. Calling their trash setup a "concierge" service is a joke it’s just nasty. Trash was scattered all over the property, spiderwebs covered the exterior doors, and dirt was caked across the driveways and sidewalks. The entire grounds are filthy and completely unkept. We ended not doing the tour. If Mark-Taylor management can’t even maintain basic cleanliness for prospective renters, then I can imagine how dirty the interior apartment are. Save your time and look elsewhere

  My husband and I toured the Prescott at Park West over the weekend with Alex and it was great! Not only was the property it’s self very nice, clean, and quiet, Alex was sweet, knowledgeable, and made great conversation with us! The units we looked at were clean and the floor plans were great! We aren’t moving for a few months, but Alex definitely helped put The Prescott at the top of our list! 😊
