  I’ve lived at Sky @ P83 for the past 2 years, and I absolutely love living here! The community is always clean, well-maintained, and the rent is affordable for everything you get. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. Michael in the leasing office is amazing, he’s always helpful, professional, and goes above and beyond. Gabby, the supervisor, is also fantastic. She’s very hands-on, genuinely cares about the residents, and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. Maintenance is outstanding! They’re quick to respond, efficient, and always get the job done right. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend Sky @ P83 to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-managed community. I will be staying here a few more years b

  By far the BEST experience! The staff here are so patient, understanding, and really listen to your requests. The application was smooth and they were very transparent about everything you would need to provide. The complex is very clean and well maintained, we are so excited to begin our time staying here very soon!

  In late 2025, I spoke to a leasing agent through email, mentioned that I am still looking @ reviews etc, & then toured. I also let the agent know that I wasn’t going to make any decisions today and she was fine with it. She showed me the amenities, several apartments, & the property is beautiful. I loved that there were two entrances/gate( I know it’s not more safe than non gated), I asked about noise levels from 101, the agent said not too excessive(not a deal breaker), I asked if they ever had any issues w/snakes, roaches/bedbugs, & scorpions; she said absolutely not. I asked about additional costs on top of base rent, the agent said I’ll tell you about it when we get back to the office I said that’s fine. The agent provided everything, then was like what’s holding you back from applying, I said that I already told you I wasn’t ready to apply anywhere as of yet(politely ). Her mood, body language changed, & it was almost like it became an ice cooler with attitude, & I told I’d get back to her within a week either way. I understand that they have quotas, typically they give you more than a couple days before they send emails out asking me if I’m going to apply. I did tour other properties, all gorgeous, & all had same amenities. My choice was based on I didn’t like how pushy she became, I knew from time to time I might need something from the office, & I didn’t like the nice to ice attitude! Also, I did look at reviews of all the properties, & , of course one can read between the lines between disgruntled renters and a common repeat of verified renters reviews. I also wasn’t sure if I wanted to be that close to 101 with freeway noise. I still think it’s a beautiful property. It in a really beautiful area, you can walk to restaurants nearby in P83. If the weather isn’t too hot you could walk to the restaurants that’s how close you are- some may not like as some would appreciate that. I work semi close to that area, the complex that I chose is a good fit for my low-key self. I love the office staff that is at the complex I live in a different city the only thing is they’re not as close to work. And they’re actually a little bit cheaper than this particular complex although I find this particular complex compared to other complexes in the area to be very affordable they don’t have a huge outrageous amenity fee on top of the rent plus a low monthly apt fee, but I can’t remember what it’s for). Electric either srp or aps, cable/internet, & I can’t remember if this complex goes through conservice or flat fees. Either way most complexes have the same type of fees, but their fees are lower than some of the other management companies.

  We had a fantastic tour today with Phoenicia. She patiently walked us through the application process, shared all the important details, and answered all our questions. We really appreciate how helpful and accommodating she was. We're looking forward to a smooth application process and hopefully a smooth transition into the property. We're also hoping that the great first impression and expectations we have so far will continue once we start living there.

  I recently moved back to Phoenix, and this apartment community was the very first place I reached out to—and the very first apartment I toured. From start to finish, this was by far the absolute best apartment leasing experience I have ever had. Michael helped schedule my tour and was incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions right away. On the day of the tour, Gabby took the time to walk me through the different floor plans and thoroughly explain all of the costs, making everything easy to understand. Phoenicia then showed me around the community and several apartments, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and took the time to answer every single question I had without ever making me feel rushed. The apartment I toured completely stole my heart. Phoenicia did an amazing job listening to what I was looking for, what my needs were, and what I wanted in a home. She took the time to show me the best features of the apartments and pointed out details that matched exactly what I had been hoping to find. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience so enjoyable, and I never felt pressured or rushed. She also helped guide me through the application process, answering all of my questions along the way and making everything feel simple and stress-free. Before the end of the tour, I was completely in love with the apartment and knew it was the right place for me. In fact, I submitted my application the very same day because I didn't feel the need to keep searching—I had already found my new home. What truly stood out to me was how friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring everyone on the team was. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service exceeded every expectation I had. It is rare to find a team that is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so kind and invested in helping you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I've been living here for a week now, and it has been amazing. The team and the community has been everything I hoped for and more. I'm so excited to decorate my apartment, make it my own, and truly turn it into a home. Moving back to Phoenix was a big step, and finding this community made the transition so much easier. I cannot say enough great things about this team and my experience here. They set the standard for what exceptional customer service should look like. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Michael, Gabby, and Phoenicia, for making such a lasting and positive impression and helping me find a place that already feels like home!!
