If I could give Ron G TEN out of five, I would! He helped us sell our Sun City home in a tough market with some challenges to our specific home. Ron was very hands-on, proactive, strategic and committed. I can't think of one thing Ron could have done better. He is the utmost professional. I appreciate his always being responsive and proactive in communication, and being aggressive (in a good way) in thinking strategically to get our home sold. We closed this month! Ron went above and beyond in helping us make sure we got everything done at the home that was necessary for getting this deal done. In addition to all of the above, you will not find a more pleasant and caring person to partner with. I would absolutely, without reservation, use Ron to help buy or sell a home in the future.

My wife and I purchased our first home together and we would have never have accomplished it without Ron Gutierrez. He took us step by step all the way to the finish line. God is good. May HE truly bless our realtor Mr. Ron Gutierrez with many, many more sales in the future 🙏👍🏼😁

Ron has always gone above and beyond for my family and I. He truly cares about finding a home that meets your needs. He is prompt with communication and not afraid to negotiate on your behalf! He has helped us into 2 rental homes and we will use him over and over again until we buy our first home through him!

Ron is the best realtor out there. When i first met Ron, i was very hesitant about starting the process to purchase my first home due to information i had received from other realtors. Just with a little brief explanation he gave me about the process of purchasing a home i knew it was time and that Ron would be my realtor. The rest is history. Me and my wife are now settled in our first home. Ron was very communicative and was there for any questions we had along the way. I will definitely recommend Ron and hope to do business with him again in the future.
