I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with PMI. Not only did they help me find great tenants, but they handle all the little stuff so I never have to think about it. They do all the vetting, all the paperwork, and all little nuances that I don’t have time for. Even if I did have the time, their fee is more than worth it. Also, the backend system they use is also very simple and straightforward. If you’re looking for a great property management company, you will not be disappointed with PMI.

Lisset has been so helpful and easy to communicate with! She’s responsive, answers my questions, and makes me feel comfortable reaching out whenever I need help. I’ve really appreciated having her as my property manager and can’t wait to work with her in the future when we’re ready to buy.

***CHECK YOUR INVOICES *** PMI invoiced me $324.50 for a sprinkler box and replaced it with a less expensive model. The part retails for $51.87 at Home Depot, a markup of over 525%. My management agreement caps repair markups at 10% or $100, whichever is greater. I requested an itemized breakdown of labor and parts and never received one. This has happened multiple times. Check your Invoices and demand transparency that aligns with the terms of the contract.
