  When I moved into these apartments they were under different ownership and that staff was non existent! Since Pillar took over not only is the staff present they’re very nice and knowledgeable! Jadyn in the front office is efficient in her responsibilities and welcoming! She has gone out of her way make sure any questions I have had were answered in a timely manner. Mike the on-site maintenance manager is awesome and takes ownership of the premises like it’s his own. My experience with Jadyn and Mike have exceeded expectations and they really make an effort to maintain the community to high standards for what it costs to live here. Thank you Jadyn and Mike for all your work and effort as it hasn’t gone unnoticed and is very much appreciated.

  PARENTS AND PET OWNERS BEWARE: The staff here looks into backyards to check for clutter, toys and pet feces, and will charge you $50 if they notice any feces or anything out of place. Not only is this a huge invasion of privacy but they also DO NOT disclose this at the time of move-in. The lease and pet addendums do NOT mention this, and unfortunately they are able to get away with it because it is not against the law in AZ. They confirmed in an email after I reached out that all yards must be made spotless DAILY or you will be charged. Aside from this annoyance it’s been a great place to live, but I will not be renewing my lease due to the privacy issues and the MASSIVE rent increase.

  I gotta say Elisha in the office has been more helpful to me than any other employee anywhere I’ve ever been! She constantly goes over the top to help me with any issues I come across. Recently I lost my job and was unable to pay my rent so I went to her thinking we were gonna have to hand in the keys and get kicked out and she wasted no time helping me sign up for rental assistance to help me get back on my feet. If you want to live in a nice community with a staff that cares look no further! If you already live here then definitely talk to Elisha for any questions or concerns you have and I promise she will help you out!
