  I have been living at Bella Olivia for just over a year now and it has been a really great and peaceful place to live! I really enjoy the more “townhouse”style of the apartments. Upgraded interior design with lots of storage space. All of the staff that I have encountered have been very kind and helpful especially during our initial move in process which was done across the country! All of the amenities and activities you might want are super close by this complex making it an all around great place to live.

  Came to Bella Olivia after being in a house. Complex is quiet and peaceful. It is nice to see people out walking their dogs and kids playing outside and riding their bikes. The interiors are very nice with so much storage. Service guy Darrell is very friendly and quick to respond. We get a lot of use out of the pickle ball court and the large grass areas to throw the ball around. Dog park is huge and great for any dog to run around

  We just signed a lease that started this July, and so far we have had an amazing experience with the management throughout the leasing process. Both Jesse and Ruben were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and kept us updated throughout our entire application process, background check, and pet screening process. One part of the community we are most excited for is the spacious backyard for our pup and for all the good storage and space throughout the apartment! We can't wait to continue living here and growing our family here!

  We absolutely love Bella Olivia! We just moved here in July, and it already feels like home. So far, our favorite part of the community is the park, the big open fields, and the picnic tables around every corner. They're beautiful and provide so much space to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and spend time with family and friends. On top of that, everyone in the leasing office has been incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They gave us a great tour and were always quick to answer every question we had, whether by email or in person. We're so thankful we chose Bella Olivia as our new home, and we're excited to continue making memories here!

  Bella is the best place to live! We have lived here for over a year and have never had any complaints! The staff is amazing and always so helpful. The community is well cared for and the people here are so kind! Bella has hosted many celebrations from birthdays, dinners, pool days, pickleball tournaments, college graduations and even more! The pickleball court gets used frequently for our tournaments! We love Bella and hope to never leave!!
