  A beautiful property nestled against the hills with great amenities and convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Not cheap but reasonably priced for what you get.

  The outside property and amenities are nice - beautiful pool, nice landscaping and a nice gym. The fireplaces and hot tub are hit and miss if they are in working order. They advertise the apartments as "luxury", but the appliances are old and very low-end models (the refrigerators are very small; the dishwashers, I was informed, are to only "rinse, not wash" dishes). The manager will dismiss every concern you bring to his attention. Mold and mildew are a concern in the bathrooms, because the caulking is poorly done.
