Wish I could give 1 star. The only reason for 2 is the location, which makes the complex quiet, safe, and beautiful by no fault of the complex whatsoever. I moved in about 2 years ago and it has been nothing but downhill since. I've lived here since late 2024, and have had 2 apartments. When I moved in, the main gates were closed all day everyday for security, and there were Amazon Lockers that you'd have your packages securely delivered to. Since then, they've removed the Amazon lockers, which then made them have to leave the gates open all day long, completely negating the entire point of me moving here, which was the security. So 2 amenities I pay for, security and Amazon lockers, are now gone and my rent is the same. So the tenant loses amenities and the management pockets the difference. Other people have complained about the pool closures it's true, they close for weeks at a time with zero notice but a padlock on the gate. You know what else gets broken? THE MAIN GATES. That's right ladies and gentlemen, one of the three gates breaks and is left completely open, 24 hours a day, for weeks at a time and not even an EMAIL from the management. Your MAIN GATES which provide the entire community with safety and security, knowing you can't get in unless you're supposed to be there, are broken for WEEKS and not even an EMAIL. At the time of writing I am paying a 170$ AMENITY FEE. I have never in my life seen an amenity fee that high, but it's their way of raising your rent while circumventing rent control laws. This is all withstanding the actual interior of the apartments, which is abysmal. The maintenance men are by far the best thing about this wretched place, they have been to my apartment 3 times to glue these cheap vinyl wood floor panels back down. They have to leave cinderblocks on the glue for 24 hours, which I have bashed my knees on multiple times. 3 times they've come and done as much as they could, and the entire floor is still coming up. My bedroom, bathroom, hallway, the worst is in the kitchen and living room. I'm lucky I'm young and able, because if I was older or less able this place would be a deathtrap with the amount of tripping hazards. My disintegrating floor is actively trying to kill me. Don't worry though, when I move out they'll do to me what they do to EVERYONE and what they'll do to YOU: renovate the apartment WITH YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. That's right, they'll inspect and tell you everything's fine and dandy, THEN COMES THE BILL. Rent here and kiss your entire security deposit goodbye PLUS MORE. As with anything, the responsibility rests at the top, and the McDonald's revolving door of staff in the Leasing Office. Others here have similar findings with how they conduct themselves. They treat you like royalty before you move in, but once that lease is signed, you are treated as a nuisance. Find somewhere else, this place is not worth your hard earned money.

I recently flew from NY to Arizona to view this community. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Leasing representative named “Anthony”. He was genuinely kind, professional, displayed outstanding customer service, well knowledged as he provided tour throughout the community. The unit and the community was absolutely beautifully maintained.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property management while exploring rental options as a potential tenant.
I initially contacted Gabriel by phone and later visited the property on April 28th, where I met Solana in person in Gabriel’s absence. During my visit, I confirmed multiple details with her, including the specific unit I was interested in, utility fees, the lease duration, a tentative move-in date toward the end of May, and the advertised 6-weeks rent-free offer. She also provided a sheet listing available apartments and their rents.
Since the unit was occupied, I couldn’t tour it that day. However, after leaving, I wanted to better understand the surroundings—such as the parking location, pool view, sunlight, and overall layout. I reached out to Gabriel for this information and had to follow up repeatedly over three days. When I finally received a video on May 2, it was unrelated to the unit and didn’t show the pool view at all. When I questioned this, I was initially told there was no pool view for the unit, even though the listing clearly advertised one. Only after I pointed it out was the mistake acknowledged—something you would expect staff working with these properties daily to already know.
After finally getting clarity on the parking details, I decided to move forward with the application and wanted to reconfirm that the 6-weeks rent-free offer, as displayed on the website, still applied. To my surprise, Gabriel told me the offer was never available. I was then informed it only applied to select units—not the one I had been discussing all along. This was extremely frustrating and confusing, especially since the offer was still being promoted online and had been previously confirmed to me by Solana, who was supposed to the boss person there. I mean one would expect the boss to be more knowledgable and not share this kind of incorrect information.
Overall, the communication was inconsistent, and the information provided by different staff members did not align. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property get all details clearly documented in writing and, if possible, confirm information with multiple representatives before applying—especially to avoid unnecessary impact on your credit score.
I don’t usually name individuals, but I’ve included them here for clarity in hopes that management takes notice and improves their processes. Unfortunately, due to this level of miscommunication, they lost a potential tenant. I hope management takes a closer look at these issues moving forward.

Keep looking. This place has great views but is otherwise terrible
