  I lived here for a year, and although the property uses a pest control company called Burns, the roach problem seemed to get worse rather than better. You may want to consider changing pest control providers. There was also a strange smell whenever the AC came on. I believe the odor may have been related to the roach issue. Another concern was that the neighbor below me smoked, and the smoke fumes would drift into my apartment. Although residents pay $35 per month for a service that is supposed to help address minor maintenance issues, when I moved out, they deducted charges for every little issue and I received only about 15% of my security deposit back. My toilet handle never worked properly from the time I moved in. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but it was never fully repaired, so I just dealt with it. They also installed the wrong-sized oven rack in my oven, and I was never able to put it in correctly. Rather than continue bothering the office about it, I simply used one rack since I rarely cooked in the oven. What I learned from this experience is to report and follow up on every minor issue, no matter how small. Otherwise, when they inspect your apartment after move-out, they may hold you responsible and deduct the cost from your security deposit.

  Do not live here unless you want your car stolen or you like listening to gun shots all night management is shit and changes every 6 months also you might get robbed do not move here the photo is from after the cops found my stolen car and it had to be towed and repaired costing 2200 and the office staff couldn't care less that it happened and the security is a joke I would give a zero star if I could also the repairs for the damages were more than my rent and the office staff couldn't have cared less that it even happened or what I am going through because of the car theft also my car was not the first one stolen the detective told me before the apartment complex did that mine was the second car stolen they had sent an email yesterday on 5/4/2026 about all the car thefts almost a month after my car was stolen this place doesn't care about it's residents safety please whatever you do do not move here it's not safe and I haven't felt safe since that happened to me and it's way to expensive for the crime in the area keep yourself safe keep your family safe do not live here

  They are not felon friendly. Used 21 year old charges to deny my app. Non dangerous charges matter of fact

  I lived here 2 years ago and still haven’t received my security deposit. I cannot get through to anyone who knows what the hell is going on, and the just pass responsibility to the last property management company. Beginning to think I’ll need to get a lawyer involved. Also, the front desk has no idea what they’re doing. They double charged all our move in fees and argued with us about paying them. BEWARE
