  Been here a month and we still have no mail key. And they told us the address is 1457 but USPS doesn't know of that address with any unit numbers and won't allow it. You have to use 1433 to be able to designate a unit # and even the router that was already here, was assigned to 1433 so it would not work. We have about 40 things that need to be addressed, including outlets, blinds, a leak in the ceiling that was unsuccessfully fixed before, no smoke alarm, no filters in the A/C closet and the one that was there was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The A/C goes out intermittently, the window in back is filthy, the drawers don't have tracks at all, the floor under the sink is caving in from water damage, there are roaches coming from somewhere and they have fixed only 1 thing since we submitted a request. I get the feeling someone just doesn't care.

  Do not do it. Run. Flooded with roaches, had broken ac from march-end of July during my pregnancy… very unsafe area. You be better off living in your car!!!! Was stressed and unhappy living there. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Use to be a motel turned to projects. Residents in back were out of gas,lights and water for months!! Kid also lost their life in the back, random water shutoff with a toddler and infant. If you don’t listen to anything listen to me this a headache you never want to deal with!! 0/10!!!!! Not to mention the homeless people who walk around the neighborhood and you might find one in your car or laundry room! Whoopty doo!!!

  Lived here for a Two years management is constantly changing now they’re trying to charge an extra 150 Every month if I sign a six month lease instead of a 12 month not worth it at all people don’t pick up their Dog poop the kids are constantly messing up the pools, the irrigation, leaving trash everywhere. We can’t even use the pools they are nasty when they haven’t cleaned them. The washer are always broken the same with the dryers and dryer rips up your clothes and burns them .Plumbing sucks there are alway shutting off our water or we’re always having Pipe leaks underneath our sink and in our bathroom also, somebody said a car on fire along with the trashcan. We’ve had A residence running into our gas and we were out of gas for almost a month and no compensation cause it Was a resident Ran his car into the gas pipes also witness A car rammed into a downstairs apartment window overall they have a lot of work to get this place in good condition and But I will say management is better than it has been Since I got here, Let’s hope they don’t change management again

  good place.... pretty quiet.. the office help with so much that they deserve a raise lol....

  Roaches everywhere. Walked through a couple units with the manager and the units were all nasty and stank bad. There were even roaches walking around that she tried to ignore.
