- DBdominick barkerJul 18, 20261.0The worst apartment in Mesa we're do I even begin when we signed the lease instantaneously, we had plumbing issues where our sink would just back up without anybody even using it and it went on for months maintenance rarely comes due to the amount of complaints they get in October. We had a gas leak that lasted all month where we had no heat and no stove or hot water. And in that time, they did nothing and still made us pay full rent, even though utilities are on them It took them till Thanksgiving to even have a relative fix and even then we were still having gas leaks for almost 2 Months water gets shut off once to twice a month sometimes without notice There is no Security cameras Or security even patrolling PD constantly showing up to deal with Issues since Moving in in August 2025 It has been nothing but a headache of issues Would not recommend to even a homeless person This apartment needs to be investigated The city of Mesa and shut down if I could go lower than one star I truly would

- SBSheresa BrownMay 22, 20264.0Ever since CAM properties took over things started getting better. The maintenance man Angel is prompt, friendly and actually fixes things the first time! My continued tenancy is because the staff in the office and the maintenance have made this place livable again!
