I wanted to apply here but after looking at the reviews, no thank you. Thank you guys for the honest reviews, expressing negative experiences and exposing all the injustices done. Arizona is full of these kind of apartments. Broken down and sometimes unlivable yet receiving rent in full. There should be strict laws against this

They rented me a apartment told me everything was new and I love it and once I got the key the apartment was not new everything was dirt and cabinets were broken and no a/c for 8 Days and I talked to the man at the office telling him these issues and he never did nothing about it so I moved out after two weeks due to the smoke and cat pee smell and roaches They are very misleading on there website

The worst apartment in Mesa we're do I even begin when we signed the lease instantaneously, we had plumbing issues where our sink would just back up without anybody even using it and it went on for months maintenance rarely comes due to the amount of complaints they get in October. We had a gas leak that lasted all month where we had no heat and no stove or hot water. And in that time, they did nothing and still made us pay full rent, even though utilities are on them It took them till Thanksgiving to even have a relative fix and even then we were still having gas leaks for almost 2 Months water gets shut off once to twice a month sometimes without notice There is no Security cameras Or security even patrolling PD constantly showing up to deal with Issues since Moving in in August 2025 It has been nothing but a headache of issues Would not recommend to even a homeless person This apartment needs to be investigated The city of Mesa and shut down if I could go lower than one star I truly would
