  Don't not move here if you give this place 5 Stars you must like cockroaches it is out of control other apartment complex have washer and dryer, two bedroom setup for the same price. don't not move here .. the living space is not enough space.

  Extremely disappointing experience. After moving out, I contacted the leasing office and asked them to turn down the AC in my former apartment. I had already vacated the unit, so I saw no reason to continue paying an unnecessarily high electric bill to cool an empty apartment. Even something this simple became frustrating to deal with. Unfortunately, that experience is pretty representative of my time at this property. The complex has had serious pest problems. There were roaches and other bugs throughout the property, and our entire building experienced an infestation. This was not just an occasional bug here and there—it was an ongoing problem that residents had to live with. The leasing office was equally disappointing. Communication was poor, concerns were frustrating to get addressed, and the overall level of professionalism and attention to residents was not what I would expect from a property management company. Now that I have moved out, I can honestly say that I would not choose to live here again. The combination of the pest problems, the condition of the property, and the way the leasing office handles resident concerns made this an extremely unpleasant experience. If you’re considering renting here, I would strongly recommend looking into the property carefully and talking to current or former residents before signing a lease.

  Had a minor issue with my AC unit after coming back to my apartment. I notified the Hamptons immediately in which they sent Beau. Not even 15 minutes after the issue had been reported he arrived at my apartment, with his equipment in hand and walked me through the process of what was happening and how the issue would be resolved. Had a small chat and 10 minutes later the problem was fixed. People like Beau keep communities and enterprises alive. He turned a stressful moment into a non-issue. That’s the kind of maintenance staff that make s a place worth living in and I HOPE management sees this. Please, give this man a raise!
