The price you can't beat. The staff so far has been normal if not better. Same thing with maintenance. I got a 1B1B apartment that is renovated. During the move in inspection I listed many things. However the age of the building must be taken into account. (New tenants your couches need to fit within 38 inch width or you may not get it through the door.)
There are problems with the reno. Microwave sits too far back and can't open all the way without breaking the door or ruining the cabinet. Floor in the bathroom had a sharp object run and cut the lament which I didn't catch until pre-move clean. A foundation crack (possibly) runs the front room causing the floor to bubble or lift. Refrigerator wasn't leveled.
This is a roach motel. I am finding dead roaches while not being fully moved in. No adult German Roaches but baby or mid age roaches. But they are lethargic. The owner appears to take pest control seriously. But I do understand; when you have roaches, good luck. Keep your unit clean. Bait bait bait. Clean clean clean. You can be done with them in 3 months or less if everyone is on the same page. To adjacent units. Stop being dirty for 3 months. (Again good luck.)

I had an amazing experience touring with Fernanda! From the moment I arrived, the staff was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive.
