  Had a minor issue with my AC unit after coming back to my apartment. I notified the Hamptons immediately in which they sent Beau. Not even 15 minutes after the issue had been reported he arrived at my apartment, with his equipment in hand and walked me through the process of what was happening and how the issue would be resolved. Had a small chat and 10 minutes later the problem was fixed. People like Beau keep communities and enterprises alive. He turned a stressful moment into a non-issue. That’s the kind of maintenance staff that make s a place worth living in and I HOPE management sees this. Please, give this man a raise!

  I had such a great experience with Raven at The Hamptons! From my very first call, She was incredibly helpful and answered every single one of my questions with such detail and patience. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire leasing process. It's clear she genuinely care about helping people find the perfect home. Five stars, without a doubt!

  I had an amazing experience touring this apartment complex. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and it immediately felt welcoming. Raven showed me around, and she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire tour enjoyable and stress-free. Her outstanding customer service and the wonderful community left a great impression on me. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  If I could give Raven ten stars, I would! From the very first moment, she went completely above and beyond to make my apartment search stress-free. Raven is incredibly welcoming, energetic, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect home for you. She anticipated every single question I had and made the entire process exciting. She was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
