  I’ve lived at The Groves for 18 years and raised all three of my kids here. It’s a wonderful community with a family like atmosphere that we are proud to call our home. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the office and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and like family. Stephanie, the manager, is especially personable and has been here for most of the time I’ve lived here. Having such a long standing staff speaks to their knowledge, dedication, and commitment to the community.

  Crazy how 10 years passing makes your property worth 700.00 more in rent for the same apartment..

  If you’re looking for an apartment I highly don’t recommend this one me and my husband were looking into the grove be our first apartment. We both passed the background check and Credit check and got to a walk through and got to see the apartment We were supposed to be moving in to the groves in 2 weeks!!! Come to our surprised that we get a phone call 20 minutes before the office closed on a Friday saying that we are overqualified and that we can pick up our money order on Monday. Me and my husband are highly disappointed.

  Very unprofessional office staff. Discussing private info with new tenants. Disclosing information that should have never been a topic to a new resident….. very unprofessional.

  Mom was there for five years. It was a great community very safe and the staff and maintenance were awesome to deal with.! We highly recommend them!!
