  We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our home At Destination at Tapestry in Mesa AZ We recently completed our one-year home inspection, and the inspector commented that this is one of the best-built new construction homes he has seen in quite some time. That feedback was incredibly meaningful and speaks volumes about the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that went into building our home. Over the past year, we’ve had very few warranty items to submit, which is a testament to the care and professionalism of everyone involved in the process. A special thank you to Chris, our project manager, whose leadership and commitment to quality were evident every step of the way. His ability to keep the trades aligned and focused on delivering a great product made a real difference, and the results show. We’re also extremely happy with the neighborhood and the sense of community that has developed here. It has truly become home for our family, and we look forward to living here for many years to come. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding our expectations and making the homebuilding experience such a positive one. It’s been exciting to watch the community grow and thrive. And one final shoutout to Jess for all of her help and enthusiasm throughout the process—you’ve been amazing!

  Absolutely terrible!! That is the best way I can describe our experience purchasing a Toll Brothers home at this location. The building process was flawed from the beginning and getting Toll Brothers to repair anything is next to impossible. The warranty team is entirely incompetent, as are the superintendents. It has taken us MONTHS to get a water leak repaired, which has rendered our bathroom inaccessible. We have taken days off work to be here for the repairs only to be told (after we ask for an update) that someone forgot to schedule the crew. The process is a joke. If you’re looking for quality and peace of mind through the home buying experience, this is not the builder for you.

  My daughter and son in law built a house in mesa with toll brothers and they have done a horrible job ! Nothing gets fixed right and they have a leak in the house today probably from the roof that was never fixed correct ! Glass door in shower fell out and they replaced with a door that still doesn't fit ! I can go on and on. Do not build with this company !
