I could write out a bunch of reasons. But the 2.8 rating and the other stories pretty much explain how awful this place is.

Maintenance staff is courteous and friendly. Billy is always on top of work orders and has an awesome personality always friendly, people person. Always fixes things right the first time no need to come back to fix it a second time. We love the staff here.

Trash This place charges 1700 to 1900 for units that are trash. They allow tenants to move in even though the apartment isn't ready and still dirty from previous tenants. The maintenance is horrible, they get paid to walk around and DO NOTHING. The office employees don't do anything but worry about rocks and front parking instead of maintaining the units. Don't believe the photos online, you're moving into filth. The management is horrible and I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Not even the homeless community.
