  The management here is the absolute BEST!!! I am so glad they hired Ana! She is professional, kind, dedicated, and truly cares about our families. I would have never renewed our lease with the old management. After a year of none of our laundry list of concerns being taken seriously I was ready to file a lawsuit. But then Ana recently stepped in and hasn't stopped cleaning up the mess the old manager and leasing agent left behind. I renewed our lease because Superstition Canyon Apartments did a 180 when they hired Ana! Any negative reviews they have received are quickly and efficiently being resolved by her. My family and I love living here now! Thank you, Ana, for going above and beyond and making our home somewhere we want to live. Your dedication, integrity, and love for the people who live here is unmatched 🙏♥️

  My daughter moved here recently and at first, the experience was excellent. About 2 weeks ago, a new tenant moved in with a large dog which barks all day and night significantly impacting her peace and ability to rest. We have tried to work with the leasing office but they refuse to act. A temp employee did confirm the new tenants are not supposed to have a dog because they don’t pay for it and a restricted breed. It is becoming apparent the office personnel either know the trouble tenant or something to that effect. They refuse to act, pushing us to take the legal route. It is unfortunate it has come to this as she really liked this complex. Warning to possible, future residents, beware. They present well but that will not last.

  Bring back Joe new management is stiff neck Very rebellious don’t listen until it’s staring them in the face. I get a new management has to come in and set their own foundation, but don’t ever tell a resident what they don’t have or you don’t accept we’ve been paying with Flex ever since we’ve been there but then to turn around and call it a third-party that you don’t offer instead of looking at how we were paying, you will see clearly look past your arrogance and learn to work with people and listen that’s what’s wrong with the world We don’t listen. And when you find that you made a mistake you dont cover it up by saying we are trying to work with you. Only now you are willing to work with someone. It's going to come a time when we all will be looking for a place to stay. Just because you say you own your house you truly dont at any time you can and will be forced out your home. Who will you run to then. So stop being Quick to judge your sister or brother and listen and then try to offer a solution just like Joe did .

  I had a broken stove burner. Scott, the new maintenance, fixed it right away. In addition, he is a caring, responsible, polite person, the apartment complex is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Excellent customer service!
