  Hello all, I want to explain that as much of a disaster ACES on Apache was, in regard to the office staff for Tempe AZ, I can happily explain the person of contact for this property would be Tanner. He is amazing and he listens and cares and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of, heard, listened too and he goes out of his way to fix problems. I will say that the Casita homes on this property are cute and livable hence me renting there in the 1st place. I will give Tanner and only Tanner 5 stars for being a polite, accommodating and reliable person that gets the job done and makes sure the residents are taken care of!!! Thank you Tanner. 😊 👍

  If you are looking for a great management team who go above and beyond to never reply back to your emails or phone calls or they lie to you and tell you there are cameras due to the 1st week I had moved in it looked like someone had broken into or tried to with a crowbar at that, break in and proceed to make deep black marks in side the closet area which held the water heater and such and the property manager, the only one who ever got back to me and he always followed up, although he did not live in the valley to my knowledge, calls back, tells you they do have cameras and proceeds to apparently pretend to view it, calls me back and let's me know ow only the property manager in her Tesla stoped by in which I had also told him however she knocked one knock and never waited. I walked to the door and by the time I opened it, she was gone. You are also typically given two sets of keys in which they gave one of mine to the maintenance man. Strange. And never got me another. Two of my bikes were stolen toward the end of my lease within 2 weeks of one another and chains cut clear off and when brought to his attention again, now all of a sudden they don't have cameras. So if this is the type of place you are looking for including they will use your power vs switching it over in their name once your lease is up, although I had SRP turn it off, so not sure what kind of scam that was but wow, but anyway, thats being handled as well, then this is the place for you. Come on in and join this property at Aces on Apache which when I moved there seemed decent enough but like they say don't judge a book by it's cover, I never should have. Then they tried charging us again although rent for June had already been paid however they were kind enough to accept that fault and get rid of the extra bill not intended. By the way you are surrounded by Airbnb's in the same complex, by the same company and I received furniture from one of the neighbors who moved out complain of the lack of support from the office as well. There are people trying to grab your door knob and get into your house. A girl from down the way was knocking and trying my door knob one morning and she said "open up, its a family reunion" creepy like and then an evil giggle. So strange. Cops were called several times. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Cheaper than what's out there or not. Be aware peeps. What happened to good customer service anymore. I am very disappointed and ashamed of this place and the individuals who run Aces on Apache. My repairs for maintenence I had put in the portal before they took me completely off the portal and I no longer had access with no reason given, completely vanished. Some type of customer service that was. I will never rent at this place or any place that believes any of this was okay. Such a disgrace!
