  I’ve been very happy leasing with NH Prime. They are consistently on top of maintenance requests and are always easy to reach. Unlike other management companies, when you leave a voicemail they actually call you back and make sure your concerns are addressed. From the leasing process with Cristina to coordinating maintenance with Tanner, the entire team has been responsive, professional, and reliable. I would highly recommend leasing a property with them!

  Tanner did an outstanding job managing my rental property. He had a new tenant moved in just 11 days after the previous tenant moved out, handled all necessary repairs and touch-ups, and kept me informed every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Tanner to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

  I was new to the whole process but Tanner has gone above and beyond to help me through the process. As an owner he has helped simplify my life and establish a rental property. This company is straight forward and has no bs fees. They go above and beyond and I think they were the best decision for my family and I.
