  Needed to share this. I'm an agent and a landlord that reached out to verify that an applicant lived here. I have a signed release from the prospective tenant and got stonewalled as it's company policy to not verify that you live here. If you choose to rent from these jokers, you are a GHOST. To new landlords and mortgage companies, You will have ZERO rental history from here. It's not a good look! Run if you want a future outside of this place.

  1. I have lived here for three months, and my assigned parking spot has been taken by other cars no fewer than ten times. However, I am only allowed to have the unauthorized vehicle removed from my spot after waiting 48 hours. Also, when my spot was previously taken and I parked in another spot, I received a warning the next day. At the same time, the parking fee cannot be waived. In other words, when this happens, you are basically expected to just tolerate it. The leasing office even told me that I am not allowed to have the car towed at my own expense, which is something I have never experienced in any of my previous rentals. 2. This apartment complex charges a monthly fee for valet trash pickup, but people often throw their own trash into the trash bin I leave outside my door. Please think carefully about these two issues before renting here.

  A few suggestions: 1. Every building requires an eKey to enter. There is no place where you can enter with a passcode, so if friends or delivery drivers come, you have to go outside to meet them. 2. If your assigned parking spot is taken, it can take 24 hours to resolve. Since the staff leaves at 6 PM, sometimes it may take more than 24 hours. During that time, you are not even allowed to park in another covered spot, so your car can only be parked in an uncovered spot under the sun. Other than that, everything else is great. The environment is nice, and the sound insulation is also good.

  We’ve lived here for a few months now and the experience has been great. Office staff are super friendly and you can tell they actually care about customer service and day to day life for the residents here. The amenities will blow you away. This has the largest gym I’ve seen for a complex, 2 pickleball courts, swimming pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and 2 dog parks. There’s even a small bocci ball area and putting area. Did I mention the golf simulator as well? Apartments are spacious and beautiful. We unfortunately can hear our neighbors above quite a bit which is far more extensive than what we’ve experienced in the past. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Things I think could be improved: - handicapped spots aren’t monitored. People have been parking in them for weeks with no signage. - your parking spots will be taken if you have covered parking and the only way to get a vehicle towed is by contacting the office. The vehicle has 24 hours to move out of your covered spot (which is a rule I disagree with since we pay for the spots). -draft nitro cold brew coffee never works on weekends as posted in the lobby. Last few weeks it’s never been on or available for use. All in all, the way they have the entire area setup in the middle of the property makes this feel like a community rather than just another one of those complexes that surrounds a pool. There are several open green spaces and a pathway taking you around the community as well. Maintenance is awesome and Justin and Diana are very easy to work with in the office.

  From the very beginning, my experience at this apartment community has exceeded my expectations, especially since I moved from New Jersey sight unseen. Naomi, my leasing agent, is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made the entire leasing process feel effortless and stress free. Upon arrival, Justin assisted me with my move in and was equally helpful and informative. He took the time to educate me about the area and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The maintenance team has also been amazing, responsive, respectful and professional. The amenities are top notch and truly make this feel like a resort! A lot of apartments give the title luxury, but do not live up to it. This has been the perfect place for my family while we are in the process of looking for a house. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a big transition. Thank you to all the Navona staff!
