  Super bummed, now that we’re full capacity, they didn’t build enough parking spots. This place is already too expensive. So now they want to charge us for parking (we’re leaving soon) but something to consider upon signing up! NOT enough parking spots and they are taking it out on the tenants!

  Beautiful property but couldn’t see it. Leasing girl I’m guessing was on lunch.. walked back in and didn’t acknowledge my presence. Left me to wander the amenities while she sat in her office and ignored me. Waited for probably 7 minutes, no sign, no direction so I just left. If that’s how they treat strangers I can only assume the resident experience is just as great 👍🏻 7.20.26 approximately 2:20 pm- 2:30 PM.

  I’ve lived here for 6 months, and I honestly can’t wait for my lease to end. This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. The pool is almost always dirty, and whenever it finally gets cleaned, it’s closed again for repairs. The hot tub is rarely hot, and even when it is, the water is usually so dirty that I don’t even want to get in. The maintenance is horrible. I’ve had multiple things break in my unit, and every time I’m told they need to order parts. I’ve been waiting over 5 months for some repairs with no resolution. Even worse, my power has been going out multiple times a day for over 4 months. I’ve submitted maintenance requests over and over, and they keep saying they’ll send electricians, but they never do. None of the breakers are labeled either, so I had to figure out what each one controlled myself. Parking is another huge issue. I’ve had people park in my assigned spot multiple times, and if it happens at night, there’s basically nothing you can do until the next day. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, parking is nearly impossible. There are barely any open spaces, and if you have to park somewhere else, you’re at risk of getting a warning sticker. Management is very strict about the two-guest policy but doesn’t seem to enforce it consistently. The noise is also terrible on weekends. People are loud late into the night, and there’s no practical way to report it after 10 p.m. The hallways constantly smell bad, which only adds to the poor living experience. Overall, I genuinely have nothing positive to say about this complex. The maintenance is slow, communication is poor, the amenities are poorly maintained, and the customer service has been disappointing. I would not recommend living here.

  Needed to share this. I'm an agent and a landlord that reached out to verify that an applicant lived here. I have a signed release from the prospective tenant and got stonewalled as it's company policy to not verify that you live here. If you choose to rent from these jokers, you are a GHOST. To new landlords and mortgage companies, You will have ZERO rental history from here. It's not a good look! Run if you want a future outside of this place.

  A few suggestions: 1. Every building requires an eKey to enter. There is no place where you can enter with a passcode, so if friends or delivery drivers come, you have to go outside to meet them. 2. If your assigned parking spot is taken, it can take 24 hours to resolve. Since the staff leaves at 6 PM, sometimes it may take more than 24 hours. During that time, you are not even allowed to park in another covered spot, so your car can only be parked in an uncovered spot under the sun. Other than that, everything else is great. The environment is nice, and the sound insulation is also good.
