  From the very beginning, my experience at this apartment community has exceeded my expectations, especially since I moved from New Jersey sight unseen. Naomi, my leasing agent, is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made the entire leasing process feel effortless and stress free. Upon arrival, Justin assisted me with my move in and was equally helpful and informative. He took the time to educate me about the area and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The maintenance team has also been amazing, responsive, respectful and professional. The amenities are top notch and truly make this feel like a resort! A lot of apartments give the title luxury, but do not live up to it. This has been the perfect place for my family while we are in the process of looking for a house. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a big transition. Thank you to all the Navona staff!

  Constant dog barking in the back has made this place so frustrating. These 2 dogs sit outside for very long periods of time barking at any and everything. The pool has been down for several weeks and the hot tub goes down every other week for weeks at a time. This place was very nice at first but it has gone downhill quick. Profanity has been written on our stairwell for 3 months now (it’s really hard to miss) which has been embarrassing to have family visit and come through by everytime coming up our stairs. Management has been great on the positive side and the quality of the apartments are nice but not worth what you pay for

  Just moved here from Virginia, and I absolutely love the place. It's beautiful, well kept and the staff, especially Justin, are amazing. Any issues, though few, are quickly resolved with a great manner. The neighbors have been extremely welcoming and kind, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in yet. Anytime I speak to friends and family, I compare this place to a resort. The community is well informed through apps and emails if anything is coming up, and also has groups to get connected to your neighbors. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a lively home!

  If apartment tours had a fan club, I’d officially be a member after visiting Navona with Naomi. She was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, friendly, and effortlessly funny—like touring with someone you’ve known forever (but who also happens to know everything about the property). The community itself? Stunning. The amenities? Let’s just say I started mentally moving in halfway through the tour. And the location is one of those “get in now before everyone else discovers it” kind of spots. Between Naomi’s great energy and the overall vibe of Navona, this was hands down one of the most enjoyable tours I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend… and honestly, I’m still thinking about it!
