- JHJason HMay 2, 20261.0DO NOT LEASE HERE! I’ve been a tenant for 4 years - every major appliance has broken down, including my AC twice. There is a reason apartments sit empty at this complex - I could look past the age of the property but the new property management team is just horrible. They rotate through them every few months and anyone good always leaves. Now Andrea, the new “power” leader has sunk this place to the bottom. There areso many other good properties close to here that have decent workers that somewhat care about their property and people instead of just numbers.
