  Our air conditioning isn't working again. It's Sunday and the office is close. Its getting HOT in here. We been here approx 7 yrs. That yrs of paying rent. Loyal residents deserve better.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT MAIL DELIVERED!!! We have not had access to our mailboxes since May, and we still have no ETA on when they will be available again. The post office is returning all our mail to sender and still no resolution for the people who live here I also submitted a work order for repairs needed in my apartment, and it has now been a month without the issues being addressed.

  Doesn’t respond to service requests in a timely manner. Don’t empty trash cans or dog receptacles daily. Don’t restock the bags at receptacles for weeks. Front gate hasn’t closed in months.

  Do NOT move here. Scorpions, roaches, beetles literally everywhere!! I understand they are outside everywhere in this hot desert area but they are constantly coming into my apartment! One of my kids got bit twice from a scorpion which was inside of her pants hung up in the closet. We have sticky traps in every corner and door openings and have tried remedies and deep clean every other day to keep them away but nothing!!!!! These are just a FEW photos of the scorpions we have come across in a WEEK ONE WEEK!! Just last night a scorpions came out of out bathroom sink drain. One week ago a huge scorpion came out of my silverware drawer. Two weeks ago a scorpion came out of our vent! One night I saw a scorpion coming thru my CLOSED window. I taped the edge of the window and haven’t seen any in my room. When this attention was brought to the office face-to-face lady was rude and made this seem like it was nothing.
