  Maintenance came in to fix my clogged toilet, only for it to clog right back up not even 24hrs later.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They absolutely refuse to address real AC issues, or really anything that requires someone beyond general maintenence. They say they are 'luxury' but they may only be held to the lowest legal definition of that word. The gate has never worked longer than a matter of weeks in the 3 years I have lived here. My car has been broken into twice by homeless people. You also get to listen to non-stop loud vehicles on the highway and emergency vehicles at all hours at night (the single pane windows dont help). They love to threaten to tow your car if you dont pay their $10/mo fee through a third party and won't hesitate to tow your friends as early as they can. Seriously, look elsewhere. Not worth the headache.

  This place is horrible. First month I got my car towed after I told them at the front desk it wouldn’t let me register my car under that parking tree bs. They said they would look into it and never got a response but my car was towed!!! We have been there for almost 5 months and I’m so ready to move OUT! We have bugs/termites submitted an order and all the did was put a piece of plastic underneath the dishwasher to cover the wood, almost a week later! We’ve had to buy bug spray and try to fix the problem ourselves!! wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! It’s disgusting!!! If I could break this lease I would…

  I had moved out and had a balance of $111 left. I had gotten a cashier check and left it in the drop box at the office. I then started to receive calls and text from their AI system stating that I had still owed a balance. I called the office and they stated they received the payment however they had to send it to the accountant as it needs to be posted differently and to ignore the calls and text from the system. I then received a message from a collections company stating that I had still owed a balance. I then call the office again and was told again that my account was paid in full and don’t have a balance. She sent an email to her accountant stating I had made a payment and was being sent to collections and to have my account adjusted and I was ccd on the email. Now the collections is now showing on my credit. This needs to resolved asap I should not be held accountable for someone not doing their job properly.

  Go ahead and remove LUXURY from the description. This was the absolute worst place ive ever lived! Ill start with the maintenance problems. They allowed me to move into a FILTHY unit, grime on the floors and ceiling. Fridge missing a shelf, broken closet door, missing window screens.. the hall bathroom would constantly clog and overflow. The AC unit was clearly not maintained, I had to beg many times for them to actually diagnose and fix the problem. Dirty coils, the maintenence guy Uninstalled and cleaned them but put it back in wrong causing the wiring to burn and smoke, filling the apartment with a terrible stench. The toilet that would constantly overflow, they told me something about a root growing into a water line under ground? Never mentioned a solution tho. It happened AGAIN, so of course I put in another request. Apparently they pulled out flushable wipes and tried to blame this on us and said they would CHARGE us If it happened again. We've had this problem since moving in so how in the world could it have been us? The clothes dryer was another on going problem since we moved in. I begged and begged for it to be fixed for months. They finally try replacing the dryer after changing out the heating element 3 times in the old dryer.. my clothes still aren't dry. Obviously it has to be a clog in the air duct that leads outside right? so I ask if they can send an actual hvac professional to finally fix it, they never did so im sure who ever moved into my unit is dealing with this now. Oh, good luck in the summer because pest control is nonexistent. The grounds are absolutely infested with bugs, especially by the pool. Roaches and scorpions are thriving in their own little bug city under those rocks and WILL come into your apartment! Lastly, the walls and ceilings are very thin. I can handle a little noise here and there but my upstairs neighbors actually drove me insane. It sounded like a bowling alley, rodeo, circus and night club happening all at the same time. 5am doors slamming and banging, the kids throwing trash off the balcony and stairs by my front door. Just ridiculous. I didnt even feel the need to complain about them at this point because I was already at the point of leaving, which I did. I cleaned my unit and left it way better than I found it and they had the nerve to charge a cleaning fee. Funny because my unit was disgusting when I moved in. TLDR Maintenence is unprofessional and half asses everything, the apartment management sucks as well and does not deserve her job. They will NOT listen to you and make you feel crazy for even asking. If you value your health and sanity just look somewhere else.
