As I was trying to locate the model apartment, I ran into difficulties finding the location AI was providing me. After hesitating for several minutes, I decided to stop in the front office for assistance. I didn’t think I would get very far since I didn’t have an “agent tour guide” appointment. I couldn’t have been more wrong about that assumption! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and warm welcome from Monteca. I briefly explained to Monteca not only was I late for my self guided tour, but was also having difficulties locating the model unit. She assured me not to worry and was immediately eager to help ! Monteca explained things in great detail and provided me with not only a map of the community, but also a breakdown of costs, etc. of the unit I was interested in. Monteca went ABOVE & beyond- which is very rare these day! She was even kind enough to walk with me to the model unit so I wouldn’t get lost. All this without an agent guided appointment! Monteca is as professional & knowledgeable as she is charismatic! I have never been so impressed in all my 51 years! She puts the SERVICE back in customer service! Hands down!! I look forward to applying and becoming part of the community! Monteca deserves a big raise and an even BIGGER bonus.!! She is the true face of Gentry’s Walk! After all, she is the first face you see when you walk in. Thank you Monteca! Thank you, thank you! You’re truly one of a kind! 🙌😊👍😊🙌🙌👍👍
