  I’ve been waiting a while to write this review. Lived here from June of 2025 through June 2026. First few months were cool and that was as good as it got. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from everyone around you. They turn off the air conditioning and turn on swamp coolers in the winters. The AC is terrible in the units. Washer and dryer are horrible they do not dry your clothes. My ac broke 6 times in that year. The lobby doors are out do order 80% of the time. Ontop of all this my apartment flooded in November because of the person living above me falling asleep in their bathtub. Destroyed all of my stuff insurance claims was 0 help because they changed insurance companies about 4 months into me living there. When my apartment flooded I went to speak with the staff and they literally told me theirs nothing we can do at the moment, this happened on a Friday and I was told I have to wait until Monday to speak with the manager Yvette. They did not offer me a hotel to stay in or anything. They moved me apartments when I asked to break my lease over this situation. So I said okay I did that. Didn’t accommodate me in any way for the damages done to my personal property. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD. the only good thing about this place was the maintenance guys always willing to help with the fixes right away but with it being brand new it is crazy how easy things break there. It’s a rip off and ran by terrible staff. I lived with mark taylor properties for 5 years before this place and they do not uphold that standard. Trust me find a better place for a little more money. I truly hope no one has to go through the Bs I went through living there. Trust me if they try to remove my review it’s saved in my notes I will keep reposting it. They do not even deserve one star truly a terrible place to live.

  Forge tower is the best place I’ve lived so far! Especially for a creative person, they literally have a podcast studio, I mean what building has that? It’s great. Also the staff is so nice and helpful, Jaime, Yvette, Jose and Dan are always making sure everyone is happy with their place, always giving out coupons to local places and getting us tickets to cool events. They really try their best to make sure the community is warm!

  I’ve been a resident at Forge since they first opened in February 2025, and I can honestly say it has been a great experience from day one. When I first relocated from out of state, moving into a completely new environment was both exciting and overwhelming. Sierra handled my intake process, and her professionalism, kindness, and patience made such a difference. She was gentle, empathetic, and took the time to help me get settled, which meant a lot during a major life transition. I also had the pleasure of working with Leo, who was phenomenal and fantastic. I truly appreciated his support, responsiveness, and positive attitude whenever maintenance-related issues arose Yvette consistently makes herself available, keeps an open-door policy, and is always willing to answer questions. Having approachable upper management creates a sense of trust and community that I genuinely appreciate. Jose is phenomenal when it comes to maintenance follow-up and communication. Beyond that, he’s always a friendly face around the complex, greeting residents by name and helping Forge feel less like an apartment community and more like home. Dan is a newer face at Forge, but he has also made me feel welcomed and valued as a resident. My fur baby, Chai, and I have both enjoyed getting to know him. Speaking of Chai, Jamie deserves a special shoutout. He always greets us warmly when we come through the doors and makes Chai feel right at home. She genuinely lights up when she sees familiar faces around the community, and Jamie is one of those people. He is professional, responsive to emails, and always willing to assist with any questions I may have. One of my favorite things about Forge is the amenities. The studio spaces and study rooms have been incredibly helpful for my work from home and study days. The environment is typically quiet, peaceful, and comfortable, allowing me to focus when needed. Most importantly, I feel safe and at ease here. As a dog mom, it means a lot to live somewhere that welcomes not only residents but also their pets. Chai has truly felt at home here, and that makes all the difference. Overall, Forge has provided a wonderful downtown living experience. The staff, amenities, atmosphere, and sense of community have made this place feel like home, and I’m grateful for the people who work hard every day to create that experience for residents.♥️

  I had a positive experience living here overall. The property was well-maintained, and the maintenance team was always quick to respond and resolve any issues I had. I also want to thank Yvette, the Community Manager, for helping with several complications during my residency. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed assistance. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I frequently had issues with someone parking in my assigned spot, which became frustrating over time. Aside from that, I had very few complaints and enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this community to others.
