  Beth Stern is fabulous! She was our agent both to buy our home and sell it when we needed to move. She clearly communicated every step that was being done along the way. That reassured us that things were moving along and we knew what to expect. We would definitely recommend her and Farnsworth Realty should we have need in the future.

  Working with Kelli was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. My parents had just moved to Arizona from California, which can be an overwhelming and emotional transition, especially starting fresh in a new state. Kelli made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping them get settled into their condo. She took the time to answer questions, guide them through everything, and made them feel supported every step of the way. What stood out most was how personal and caring she was — my parents never felt like just another transaction or another property on a list.   Our entire house buying experience with Steve Coons and Farnsworth Realty was a remarkable experience. We were relying totally on Steve's experience and expertise, in view of the fact that we were hoping to purchase a home in Arizona via long distance and sight unseen! At each twist and turn of the home buying negotiations, we listened to and relied on Steve's thoughts, insights and suggestions to help us find acceptable and realistic solutions. We are so grateful that by following Steve's suggestions and recommendations, we are now proud owners of a beautiful home in Mesa, Arizona.
