- ACAmanda CerveyAug 4, 20261.0posting under an anonymous name because unfortunately we have a year still stuck in our lease but this place really sucks. covered in bugs, electrical issues where you have to constantly reset the breakers, the pool is green because they don’t take care of it, trash piles up outside the bins because for some reason trash doesn’t come on a weekly basis, and door locks that they put in wrong so they break once a week. We’ve put in work orders for all of these issues and they never get solved or they get resolved and then just break again because they don’t fix them the right way. WORST of all is the walls are paper thin and we get to hear our neighbors have “alone time” nightly. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.
- TWTammy WaltersAug 1, 20265.0Elevate at Red Mountian is beautiful! We love it here! It is very peaceful and quiet. Management is great, very responsive and helpful. The interior is gorgeous and very spacious. Oversized garage is a plus! We love that it’s a gated community and app controlled. It is dog friendly with the beautiful red mountain park just down the street. 🙂
